Above and beyond what to be expected! He was beyond exceptional and words really don't express how amazing he was to share this experience with! Zac did everything in his ability to achieve the very best rates for me and again extremely friendly and efficient at his job. I came to buy a truck but feel like I made long lasting friends as well. Poor customer Service On Saturday, April 30, 2016 went to the dealership to purchase a new truck. While waiting at the desk employee left for 45 minutes. Upon his return i On Saturday, April 30, 2016 went to the dealership to purchase a new truck. While waiting at the desk employee left for 45 minutes. Upon his return i told him that we had a prior engagement and had to get going. The manager said they would call me with the breakdown of payments that evening when there was less commotion. No one from the dealership called me that night or the following day. I Will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership nor will i recommend them to anyone. Would of had a 100% sale if not for the lack of customer service. More

Came to buy a car left with a ear full I'll keep this short and sweet, I went into this dealership to buy a Chrysler 300, I made it very clear to the sales men what I was looking for. He didn't have this particular vehicle but said talk to his sale manger. (I was thinking what for, this is going to be a waste of time). In walked in the sales manger max. At the start he was very helpful trying to find me a vehicle of my liking. But as our conversation went on and he couldn't find what I was looking for his ego stepped in. He prosisted I take home a vehicle I had no interest in, to show the family. When I refused, he kept pushing and times taking jabs at my race and saying he's a straight forward guy. But what I coundnt understand was I told what I was looking for they didn't have it and now this guys ego wouldn't let me leave without hearing some nonsense from him. If you do go to this dealership stay clear of this moron "max jovan" he's more interested in pushing you into any car, rather than the one your want to buy with ur hard earned money. More

After 20 years of buying used cars privately I was a little nervous about buying from a de This was my first time buying a used car from a dealership. After 20 years of buying used cars privately I was a little nervous about buying from a dealership but they had just the car I was looking for so I decided to check it out. Mans was very friendly to deal with and turned, what I thought would be a nerve racking situation into an enjoyable one. I test drove the car on Friday afternoon, took 15 minutes to work out a great deal and drove it home on Saturday morning. Max the Sales Manager and Mans went to bat for me during negotiations and in the end I got a better deal than I was expecting plus Mans worked in an extra bonus and then the icing on the cake was the unexpected full tank of gas, nice touch Mans! Your the Man! If you want to have fun buying your next vehicle and get a great deal at the same time, ask for MANS at Maple Ridge Chrysler. You will be glad you did! More

The only reason I went back was because of the employee.. I have had a lot of issues with this dealership (Maple Ridge Chrysler) I wont even srart with the long list. Only Excellence! Long story short, I bought a brand new RAM Quad Cab from Mans and the team at Maple Ridge Chrysler, as you can see from my previous review, nothing bu Long story short, I bought a brand new RAM Quad Cab from Mans and the team at Maple Ridge Chrysler, as you can see from my previous review, nothing but positives. Well, 4 days later, I find out that I'm going to be having twins! Naturally as a male, I thought, "I'm going to need a bigger truck!" 2 baby seats in the back of a quad cab just wasn't going to work, so I decided that I needed the extra space in a Crew Cab. I went back to Maple Ridge Chrysler to see Mans and see what could be done for me. Once again Mans came through, it felt like he was a family member helping me out, he works hard and is always smiling and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. I also met Max, one of the managers, he was very friendly, understanding, personable and approachable. Kerry in the business office helped me with all the financials, broke down the paper work and numbers and answered any and all my questions about the contract. Ryan actually had nothing to do with the truck I was buying, but he made sure I felt welcomed and acknowledged and we ended up having a pretty good conversation while the rest of the team was taking care of my situation. In the end, not only did I get what I wanted, my family got what it needed and my payments on the new deal barely changed from the original deal. All in all, just a fantastic experience, I've already recommended Mans to handful of my friends and family. Thanks Mans and the rest of the Maple Ridge Chrysler team, really appreciate it! More
