The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! They are greedy and unprofessional. I bought a 2016 SRT Jeep Grande Cherokee at the end of April 2020. Right from the beginning I noticed issues with my route greedy and unprofessional. I bought a 2016 SRT Jeep Grande Cherokee at the end of April 2020. Right from the beginning I noticed issues with my routers and brakes. Despite my complaints, or the fact that I hadn’t the vehicle more than a Couple months.....I was blamed! I was told it was my driving and I had allowed the routers to be over heated. No one would get back to me with answers or help me in any way. Fast forward to a point where I had no choice but to repair the routers and brakes. I got the work done at another Jeep Dodge dealership where a SRT specialist worked. I found out that there were WRONG ROUTERS PLACED ON MY VEHICLE! I was sold a vehicle with cheaper inappropriate routers that were not made for the Brembo callipers SRT vehicles use. This is why my routers over heated and warped, and why the brake pads were worn so quickly. The service department didn’t look or know what to look for when I told them to assess the routers when I complained that there was a problem?! I had to spend thousands of dollars months after buying a vehicle from this dealership! BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST OR WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Save your time, energy, and hard earned money somewhere else. I have other complaints about their customer service and sales tactics, but I feel like I have gone on enough....... More
