ABS servicing on a 2008 Town & Country I scheduled my vehicle on Saturday to have the ABS module that I installed initialized and tested as per Chrysler specifications. It took about an hour to get done and I was told everything was good and there were no ABS lights on. Upon driving away I noticed an outstanding issue that I had asked to deal with. I attended on Wednesday when I had time and spoke with the Technical Service Manager Andres about my concern. He listened to my explanation and what the issue was. Withing minutes he took my car into the service area and promptly resolved the issue. He was also apologetic for the miss communication which was appreciated. My vehicle is now running great and based on this experience and the willingness to quickly resolve the mater, I would highly recommend them. More

Bate and Switch It started on Wednesday afternoon when I received a call from Brandon. He said he was a salesman from MAPLE RIDGE CHRYSLER, he was asking if Janice It started on Wednesday afternoon when I received a call from Brandon. He said he was a salesman from MAPLE RIDGE CHRYSLER, he was asking if Janice wanted to sell or trade her car as he had somebody who wanted a 2014 JOURNEY SXT and. Then he said because he was asking for her car the trade in price would be higher than if we just came in. Knowing my wife I suggested he call her and I gave him her number, I also told him that I had a 2014 Journey RT with very low mileage. So come Saturday we drove out to dealership to see what they wanted to do. On Friday Janice had contacted the bank to find out the exact payout on the loans. When we arrived at the dealership and saw Brandon we sat down and Janice gave him the figures from the bank so that he knew that we were in a negative balance on the cars Janice also told Brandon that whatever they came up with would have to be less than we were paying now, since I was no longer employed. So Brandon suggested a Dodge dart base model Janice was not interested because of the colour and lack of phone connection (blue tooth), he then suggested a 2016 Chrysler 200 and they could install a special rear view mirror which contained a back up camera, blue tooth, and a navigation system. He then said they had a Chrysler 200 LX and it was red velvet in colour and they could install the rear view mirror. He brought out the paperwork and it was going to be higher per payment, she said that would not work, after about half an hour he came back with a better per payment price. The payment was Only twenty dollars per payment more Janice said that would be acceptable. So Brandon took the papers to finance and would call us when they were ready. Before we went to finance we discussed what kind of car I was looking for. I told him I was looking for something like Dodge Dart GT. I also let him know what colour I wanted. He then went to see what he could find. He came back a little later with an option sheet after looking at it I let him know that is what I wanted. He then went and came back with the numbers, and showed them to us. They were a little high but we could work with them. He then said it was out of town and it would take about a week to get it here. It was now about four PM after arriving around one thirty PM.. After about another hour we were called into the finance office. Where the finance manager said you have really good credit the car is yours. Just sign some transfer papers and get the insurance transferred over. I went down to talk to insurance person while Janice stayed with finance for about ten minutes then came down to insurance services. They then took the keys so they could put the plates on the new car they said the remaining paperwork would be available later in the week it was now about six thirty PM. I left before Janice while she went through things with Brandon about the special mirror. Come Wednesday we had not heard from anybody, so I asked Janice to call and make arrangements to sign the paperwork. She said we would come by Friday evening or Saturday. We decided to go there on Friday evening. When we got there Brandon was there and said there were some changes that had to be done, It turns out they could not do the deal we had agreed on. I then said get our old car back transfer it back in to our name. Brandon said they had another car that was a higher model and had the features Janice wanted. I said no thanks after the transfer back was completed we left. This is where the bull started! Monday I received a phone call from someone calling himself Max, he said he was a manager at Maple Ridge Chrysler, and was upset at the result of our purchase and wanted to make it right. I told him to call Janice. Max offered her the same car they had offered us on Friday. Janice asked him what was on the new car. He said the car was pre registered, and he sent the option sheet to her, he said it had thirty kilometers on it and contained everything Janice wanted a far as option were concerned. The option sheet also had the VIN# on it.She e-mailed me the sheets and I entered the VIN# into the computer and found a listing for the car. First of all when I looked at the option sheet the KM was listed as 30km. it turns out the original owner was Enterprise car rental. So I checked the website and found out the car had 30,000 plus KM a little more than 30, it was also a 2015 not a 2016. We were going to trade in a 2014 Journey SXT with 18000KM. so why would take a car worth less and with less options and more Kilometers, and pay more!!!. More
