The sales associate we dealt with, Anne Gordon, was (for us) perfect: -She is warm and effusive, without coming across as fake or manufactured. -She is knowledgeable, without seeming rehearsed or encyclopedic. -She does -not- engage in high pressure tactics at all. She guides the client to their own conclusions as to whats best. -As a woman, she immediately put my wife at ease- and this is something that we feel many potential customers will appreciate. In this day and age, there is still a strong sense of the "car salesman" cliche. Anne defies these stereotypes completely. We also briefly dealt with a floor manager named Ted who was very very friendly and had excellent energy. We had a perfect experience at Maple Ridge Chrysler. They gave us an excellent price for the vehicle we purchased, and their finance officer, Zachary Phillips, gave us fantastic advice on cash back that will help us consolidate our credit card interest to a much much lower rate. We will absolutely recommend this dealership at every opportunity. More
