Rocko was showing us around the lot and we happened to see the 2016 Pearl White Laramie he had been driving as a demonstrator. As it turns out the colour was exactly what the wife wanted and the Laramie package was so very impressive. We bought the vehicle without driving it or even sitting in it. I think we got a good deal and Rocko will have to find a new ride home. I'm sure he has. I think I wanted it even more when he seemed reluctant to part with it. It is a beauty, we're quite happy with the purchase. I would recommend Maple Ridge CJD based on selection and quality of sales staff. Good job and thanks More
Got my money, customer service evaporated. I bought my truck July 21st, with it I purchased a used tonneau cover from this dealership. After getting it installed, I was informed the key could n I bought my truck July 21st, with it I purchased a used tonneau cover from this dealership. After getting it installed, I was informed the key could not be found. I asked service to order me one as the cover is kinda useless without a key. No response in a week, I contacted my Salesperson (Sam) who told me to go to a different dealership and order a key and he would send me $100 bucks. I was then called by service asking me about schedualing a service appointment, on my brand new truck. I replied that it dosent need service, I just wanted the key for my $850 tonneau cover. Gave the the number on the locks (again) and was told they would look into it. Last week I tried calling my salesman again to give him a phone number of a friend who was interested in a similar truck as mine, spoke with a sales manager instead, again asked about my key. Gave him my lock number(again) and was told he would get it sorted. Service called me a fe days later to schedual a appointment for my brand new truck. I asked what was going on why do you keep trying to service my brand new truck and where my key was, again told they would look into it. It has been over a week since any contact from the dealership, and over a month since I bought my new truck with tonneau cover that dosent have a key. I feel like now that you have my money customer service dosen't matter, and "we will get to you when we get to you". This is a shame my girlfriend, my father and myself have all bought NEW vehicles within the past 2 years, and this is the second tie one of us has felt like this. It is doubtful we will purchase a vehicle or recomend this lot to friends or family. Which is a shame cause the sales team made it a enjoyable time. More

Document fees I purchased a used vehicle from Maple Ridge Chrysler on the 26th of July. I was told that the doc fees would be $797.00. I said I would not pay any mo I purchased a used vehicle from Maple Ridge Chrysler on the 26th of July. I was told that the doc fees would be $797.00. I said I would not pay any more than $500.00 for the fes. That was OK until I got home and started reading the paper work. On one sheet the price of the car was listed but on the sales sheet they had added $797.00 to the price of the car. The doc fees are supposed to be listed seperatly, not included in the price. I called them and they gave me a refund for the money. My biggest beef is that Doc fees are nothing but a money grab. I have spent many hours in the last 3 weeks checking and have had 2 dealers actually tell me the truth. They try and tell you thet have to pay out all these fees, dont believe it, its not true. I would like to have a dealer prove to me in writing what they pay and who they pay(Also give me the phone numbers of who you pay and how much) More

I will never recommend these guys. Service department is terrible, parts is terrible and their finance guys are to be feared. If you want an expensive lesson on how to a new car buyer on your next purchase...see these guys. More
