What started out as a bad experience, ended well! I really struggled for 2 weeks trying to make a deal on a black 300s. It was exactly the car I wanted, but the sales managers were not coming close to I really struggled for 2 weeks trying to make a deal on a black 300s. It was exactly the car I wanted, but the sales managers were not coming close to a fair price (dealt with two sales managers). They both shut me down almost immediately. The dealership is super busy, that didn't help. Everything seemed rushed and like they didn't care to take the time to negotiate. I did not feel that the first salesman I dealt with was very involved in helping me to make a purchase. It felt more like the sales managers were giving all the guidance, and the salesman just kind of sat back and observed. He was a very nice guy, but just didn't make that extra effort to help the deal along. I had to walk out of the dealership twice, because we just couldn't even come close in negotiating a price. I had done my research and I knew that my offer was fair. I didn't want to get ripped off. After waiting several days, I saw the car I wanted to buy posted on the dealerships website, but with no asking price. So, I filled out the online form requesting a price. Ryan Whitford responded to my request. I briefly explained to him that I'd already tried making a deal with another salesman unsuccessfully. He asked what my offer was, so I told him. I exchanged 3 brief text messages with him (never even spoke on the phone) and he had the deal set up and approved exactly how I wanted. I was blown away! All I had to do was head into the dealership and sign on the dotted line. Upon meeting Ryan, I discovered a down to earth, REAL person...not a pushy salesman. He read what type of person I was instantly, and treated me exactly how I like. No fake salesman crap, no pushiness. Very clear, straight forward, and respectful. He is really good at communicating. He has a quiet, witty sense of humour, which is nice when you're stressed out and spending tens of thousands of dollars. He set me up for an easy meeting in the finance office (which I was dreading). Finance didn't try to push a bunch of extras on me because Ryan had already filled them in as to what my needs were. He was always quick to respond to my texts (loved that he's a texter!). I immediately felt comfortable when I met him, and I felt that I could trust him to take care of me as a customer. He made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I 100% recommend Ryan. He's actually one of the best salesman I've dealt with ever. More

My wife bought a brand new Jeep Trailhawk and I just bought a brand new Fiat 124 Spider. Mike really had my best interest at heart. He just kept coming through and through with any and all of my requests and questions. He really does care about my happiness with my purchase and goes out of his way to make sure that happens - without being annoying. We've all had the displeasure of dealing with a sub-par sales person who just wont leave you alone and just feels "greasy," Mike is the complete opposite. Rocko was showing us around the lot and we happened to see the 2016 Pearl White Laramie he had been driving as a demonstrator. As it turns out the colour was exactly what the wife wanted and the Laramie package was so very impressive. We bought the vehicle without driving it or even sitting in it. I think we got a good deal and Rocko will have to find a new ride home. I'm sure he has. I think I wanted it even more when he seemed reluctant to part with it.
