Overall, just a great time! My wife and I have been looking at replacing our existing 1999 Dodge Caravan which we had purchased used back in 2006 with a newer model. This was our My wife and I have been looking at replacing our existing 1999 Dodge Caravan which we had purchased used back in 2006 with a newer model. This was our second Dodge Caravan and which we were very pleased with - and which gave us many years of satisfactory service. We began our search back in August, and due to budget constraints, we considered another used vehicle - therefore proceeding with the tour of a number of used car dealerships. Though there were a considerable number of used vehicles to choose from, none of them really fit the requirements that we were looking for, the most important of which was that it was "a one owner" vehicle. Though we never had any difficulty in obtaining such vehicles in the past, we were very surprised to discover just how difficult it was to find one in today's market. Most vehicles that we saw had a minimum of three owners - often with a very interesting sales history. In the end we did find one and purchased a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. However, we were later to discover that this van had four previous owners - one of which was a previous dealer, even though we were told it had only one previous owner. This prompted a call to the dealership where we purchased the van to seek a resolve. To keep things short, it took us nearly two months and which in the end was never satisfactorily solved. At least - not until we came to Maple Ridge Chrysler. Note: Interestingly, we had stopped in to Maple Ridge Chrysler during the early days of our search, and did not come away happy. Regardless, we opted to give Maple Ridge Chrysler an opportunity to redeem themselves and due to our previous frustrations, we entered the showroom and was met by Dominic. We told him at the outset that in all of our dealings with other salespeople, that none of them really took the necessary time and effort to determine what our needs really were. Dominic on the other hand, told us at the outset the he would indeed listen to our needs and from there to help us find a replacement vehicle. What was of particular interest was with regards to financing. Though other salespeople had mentioned financing, none explained it in such simple and clear terms and is such a pleasant manner as did Dominic. This caused my wife and I to reconsider financing a new vehicle as an option - especially due to the difficulty we had in finding a "one owner" vehicle. All-in-all Dominic was a real pleasure to work with - being incredibly patient and helpful with us, and of which we are truly grateful. Along with Dominic there were others that took care of us as well namely, Max, Kerry, Shaun and Derek. So to Maple Ridge Chrysler we would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You!” to each of you. To briefly summarize, we purchased a new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan Premium Plus "Blacktop", and thus far we are very, very pleased with it. The last thing I remember mentioning to Dominic was, “Why did we not meet with him in the first place?”, as doing so would have indeed spared us a few months of frustration. Thank you again, Dominic. Outstanding experience, incomparable service! Financed a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in beautiful blue. It took me 3 visists but I would not mind going back again and again. The Sales Team also did so much for me to make the payments the easiest they could so I felt comfortable with the payments, since my baby is due any week now and we needed a family vehicle for her and our large dog! I was totally ripped off by a so called "friend" at a dealership in Mission in November when I bought my Dodge Dart. I then became pregnant and realized that this vehicle would not do now as a family car. I needed out of the Dart, but the negative equity was so bad I owed almost twice as much as the car was worth, to my horror! But M.R. Chrysler fixed it for me! I had even tried to go to a Chrysler dealer in Surrey, that helped my mom get out of the same type of problem from over paying for her van, but they couldn't help me get into the Journey. All they could do was put me in a pick-up, which is not what I wanted at all! Shakir, you not only helped me when I was in looking around, and helped me even though I said I wasn't buying a vehicle today! You were there with me through the whole deal, and within a couple days I was driving home in my new 2016 Journey! I love it, and I'm a happy Momma to be!
