Right from the beginning Rocko Mahboubian listened to what I wanted and found me the car i needed. My previous car had died and i was pretty stressed about what i was going to do next. Fortunately for me Rocko Mahboubian and his sales partner Ryan Wallace calmed my nerves with their positive attitude towards me getting the car i needed. Once Rocko and Ryan found the right car, i meet Darren Perkins from the finance dept. who worked the numbers and finalized a deal within my budget and explained it in terms i could understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer with Rocko and the Maple Ridge team. 5/5 in satisfaction. More

Pressure, pressure, pressure I went to inquire about what the repayments on a car I liked would be. Firstly, the asking price of the vehicle was $4000 above Canadian black book re I went to inquire about what the repayments on a car I liked would be. Firstly, the asking price of the vehicle was $4000 above Canadian black book recommended price. They lowered the price when I reminded them of this. There was no information given about the interest rate beforehand and no choice of length of finance period. There was a lot of very high pressure sales bumph. As a new buyer, I was unprepared for it and didn't they know it! They told me that if I did not immediately put down a deposit they would not "negotiate" further. At the end of the day I was the proud owner of the vehicle I wanted, but on terms that were way less than ideal. 6% interest rate, not disclosed or given the option to negotiate. At no time did I feel that I was controlling the sale or in a position to negotiate. Buyer beware, do your prep work and go with someone who can ask the right questions and withstand the sales pressure. I love the car but have ended up paying way too much , for way too long. More

Very comfortable My experience with Maple Ridge Chrysler was easy and relaxed from the first meeting with Bob upon entering the lot who showed me the various cars that My experience with Maple Ridge Chrysler was easy and relaxed from the first meeting with Bob upon entering the lot who showed me the various cars that would suit my requirements, to me eventually meeting my sales person Joe Abenante. He was careful to answer all my questions explained the entire process of buying a car including having me test drive several versions of the model I had selected then demonstrated the features of that car. After putting pen to paper he once again spent considerable time reviewing the many features of the vehicle. My sense was that the whole process was, that they all worked to assist me purchase a car I wanted, rather than sell me the most expensive car they could. (FYI, I did not buy the most expensive car of the model line I had chosen.) More
