Ram 1500 "Rumbe Bee" I have purchased this truck in June 2015 with the running boards not installed so had to make an appt to get them installed, I email, talked in person I have purchased this truck in June 2015 with the running boards not installed so had to make an appt to get them installed, I email, talked in person to the service adviser and also left instructions on paper attached with the key to the truck that the running boards are to be black and not chrome. when I picked up my truck, they were chrome. In June of 2016, I made an appt for the second oil change and they said that I had to pay for this change even though it was a promotion when i purchased my truck that the second on was free. Fast forward to today (Oct 2016), my Rumble Bee decal is peeling off of my truck, I take it in to the dealer and they have to contact their contractor... Waited almost 2 weeks for a response from Maple Ridge Chrysler, only to be told it is not covered by warranty. I purchased the additional warranty and was told it was "Bumber to Bumper" by the sales manager. Guess it is time to hit the "Submit" button with the BBB. More
