Do Not Use Maple Ridge Chrysler in March of this year my wife and I bought a 2016 unlimited rubicon from your dealership, since then we have had multiple problems with your service d in March of this year my wife and I bought a 2016 unlimited rubicon from your dealership, since then we have had multiple problems with your service department, the most recent being the most frustrating. The leather in my front seats is tears at the seams I have had it in and had pictures taken twice, the first time in Aug and again in Sept. In Sept I had other warranty issues that were addressed but have been waiting to have them fixed so everything could be done at the same time. its been over 2 months and I have heard nothing. I have left messages that have gone unreturned and have even gone into speak to Sheldon personally who gave me his word he would call me the same day after he figured it out, I haven't heard back from him either. This is outrageous! They told us they didn't offer loaner cars when in service then in Nov they suddenly have them (not a new service double checked) but only offer them to VIP's my previous complaints have been: Having my jeep washed with the windows open. Making 8am appointments and having my vehicle not looked at until 3pm and having them request to keep it overnight so they can properly diagnose it, when if they had of looked at it close to when it came in they would haved saved us both time and headaches. While having my jeep serviced having my fuel consumption go from 11.3 to 17 litres per 100km leading me to believe your lot boys are joy riding my jeep. Ive towed trailers and have never seen it that high before. Paying for a tire inspection (because of a minor accident) and having major damaged missed. After a minor accident I took it in for an alignment and inspection and they missed a 2 inch hole in my side wall. Went in for warranty service and oil change. they DID NOT do the oil change. At the same time they missed that my transmission is leaking from the gasket beside the oil pan. Ian the owner promised that Bob J would make it right. they offered me two free oil changes. what a joke! DO NOT USE MAPLERIDGE CHRYSLER More
Stomach Churning Emotional Roller Coaster Ride . I went in to buy a specific car . I told Rocko that . But he doesn't listen .I told them to keep payment low ,he didn't listen. I told him I only want THAT car They couldn't do a deal without a co signer . So I got a good cosigner and he sent me home in my dream car . then they lied and said ok come in next day to sign the papers for my car . When I get there and he says he doesn't know(another lie)what I'm approved for but go in the business office. Zac tells me "no" I cant have the car that I picked and drove home and fell in love with and was coming in to get . Then feeling very sad and pressured Zac talks me into buying a truck for $35,000 MORE then the car I actually wanted Now I'm in way over my head on a truck that I never wanted in the first place. I still WANT the car I always wanted but now I HAVE a really expensive truck with high payments and its very expensive to drive . Both Rocko and Zac knew I DIDNT get the car I wanted so THEY picked ONE truck to trick me into buying it.I had no choice about anything . Color,trim style nothing ,not a very good way to do business . The truck had 150 kms and a dented bumper on it. After couple days I wanted to make a small change on the truck but they said NO .NO NO. So now I am a very UNSATISFIED customer . I hope one day to trade this truck in on something I ACTUALLY WANT and it WON'T be at Maple Ridge Crysler. "Crooks"is a good way to describe this dealership. More
The most out going customer Service!! Came here by accident, got greeted by Rocko he was trying to help us find our way... then my husband asked about some cars. Rockos guest services was incredible he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about he wasn't just trying to sell us whatever was there he made sure it was what we were looking for and right for us. I will be buying all my cars from now on from rocko at maple ridge Chrysler. Over all experience in maple ridge chrysler was awesome everyone in there was so friendly nice and very out going got greeted by everyone it was amazing you never get that kind of service in many places ! MAKE SURE IF YOU NEED A CAR ROCKOS THE MAN FOR IT ! More

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Well, as someone who used to sell dodge products I will admit I was skeptical about buying a vehicle again. My experience when I bought my last (VW) vehicle, the experience was brutal. Thankfully Anne Gordon and the team at Maple Ridge provided me an experience I will not soon forget. As if getting me into the exact vehicle I wanted wasn't enough they even took time out of their busy day to help me pull off an engagement proposal the day we did the delivery. They way they went above and beyond to help out a new customer was mind blowing for me. They genuinely care as much about people as they do about profit!! Every time I have called in with anything their team from Anne herself to Service to Finance have been amazing to deal with. It is true that you truly realize the value of the team you work with when things go outside the scope. Their team has always stepped up to fix anything that I have brought up. Incompetence. Deceit. Most definitely the worst experience in buying a vehicle. Multiple incidences of incompetence involving the truck they ordered and my cash back... I had some decals removed and some side steps installed in the service department - when the truck was returned to me , there was 78 additional kilometers on my truck - The fuel metre was up to 21L/100kms. - a dent in the hood. A lady from the service department contacted me asking how my experience with the service was and I told her my experience. She told me a manager would be in contact with me. I never got a call... Marshall seemed nice and helpful I am not sure if he knows yet of my experience in the service department. I decided to cut my losses. Hopefully never have any contact with Maple Ridge Chrysler ever again. I guess Langley Chrysler / Willowbrook Chrysler will be benefiting from the services and maintenance on my truck from now on. More
