Exemplary customer service, extremely impressed! My jeep died a week or so ago on the highway, because of being sold 3 tires bigger than the size they were supposed to be, and given 1 the right size. My jeep died a week or so ago on the highway, because of being sold 3 tires bigger than the size they were supposed to be, and given 1 the right size. The jeep was shuddering and we feared the worst - that we would have to replace the car. All because of a family 'friend' that sold us the xxxx tires. Took it in to maple ridge Chrysler and they had it for a week. Did tons of labour, fixed the problem, but let us know what would happen if we continued to drive with 3 tires bigger than they were supposed to be. Of course now knowing this, we felt it prudent to be fixed. Not only did we get 4 brand new winters, they gave me a car to use for the next week while we wait for the tires to ship. And all for half the price we paid for 3 wrong tires and an all season from a family friend! I think Al, Sheldon and everyone at Maple Ridge are caring, no xxxxxxxx and amazing to work with. Next car we buy will be from them, hands down! More

I met Joe Abenante who was more than happy to go over all the features and come out for a test drive. I didn't return for over a month before actually making a deal. It was a snowy nasty day and I couldn't really check out the trucks. I picked one at random and Joe went the extra mile to make sure that I would be happy and drive it away.
