Bob and Chad were extremely friendly and welcoming and were able to get me into a "new to me" 2014 Cherokee. Best of all they didn't try to sell me on "The top of the line, most expensive" model. They found a vehicle that was in my price range ad fit my needs and worked to get me approved for amazing financing payments. They even got me a good amount for my trade in. I would highly recommend going to them if you're in the market for a new vehicle. They are WELL worth the drive. More

I have a motto in my work place which is “What make us different from everyone else!” I have been in the field that needs to provide customer service. I have a motto in my work place which is “What make us different from everyone else!” The answer to this is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just purchase a Chrysler 200S and a brought my vehicle in to have a pro pack car protection done. I dealt with Derek LaFrance in the past and now again and he is an “Awesome Service Adviser” There was a small problem to which I brought my vehicle back to have it checked and addressed. Derek LaFrance even hand washed my car after my concerns were addressed, so that I would not have to wait too long. He went out of his way to do this, which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service is achieved when staff members friendly and helpful; Service (to the best of their abilities) is prompt & accurate. But most important is the personalities at this dealership.
