On my latest purchase of a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport, Mr. Nikjo was knowledgably, professional in his demeanor and above all was very approachable. His attention to detail when dealing with a customer’s needs I find sets him far apart from many other salesman across a variety of industries who lack this fundamental trait. Then came the 'above and beyond' part of my visit - I asked the parts rep I was speaking with, Al Cleveland, about some wiring issues I was having - and he spent the next 10 minutes helping sort out my problem and printing out the necessary schematics for me - not because he had to - just because he was interested in resolving my issues.
