Then came the 'above and beyond' part of my visit - I asked the parts rep I was speaking with, Al Cleveland, about some wiring issues I was having - and he spent the next 10 minutes helping sort out my problem and printing out the necessary schematics for me - not because he had to - just because he was interested in resolving my issues.
