Based on our needs and price point, he suggested a vehicle that he thought would be the best for our life style at the moment. The sales group helped get us the best price on the vehicle and I felt very happy with the price I paid and the new RAM 1500 that we drove off with. More

These people work to find you the best deal that suits your needs while actually listening to what you are saying. Mans was great to deal with! He is an honest person and was forthcoming in the entire transaction, rare indeed! Darren in finance was also a pleasure to have on your side throughout the process as well, always checking in with a warm smile while you are waiting for the paperwork part to come. Great experience overall. More

A wounderful place to buy expensive LEMONS Purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty with less than 70,000 km from this dealership in August, 2016. I was looking at Jeeps a few years earlier at this same dealership, they then called me persistently EVERY SINGLE DAY until after a couple months I finally told them to stop calling me. That should've been my first hint to NOT go back to this place when I was finally ready to purchase. The sales person was very friendly and give me all of his attention. UNTIL I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Once I said I'd buy it, I sat at his desk for a couple hours while he ran off trying to make other sales. It took 5 hours after agreeing to purchase the vehicle, to finally get someone to place the paperwork in front of me. All of the staff were well too busy to deal with someone who already committed to a purchase. The sales person (Ryan, I believe), also repeatedly told me "We are a union shop, which means we have to fix everything before we can send the vehicle out. It'll be in the best possible condition." - WHAT A JOKE! I'm not bashing unions, I'm a member of two unions. I'm bashing his sale technique and blatant lies. They also sold me a "great" $2,800 2-year warranty. Just three hours after driving my new vehicle off the lot, a brake system warning light came on. I immediately called the service department first thing the next morning to have them take a look at it. They told me it would be 3 weeks before they could fit me in. I booked the appointment and when I showed up, the service rep. added a little brake fluid and said I was good too go. I thought that was too good to be true, but maybe the fluid was just low and that's all it needed. A week later, my Jeep started making a weird clicking sound. Very loud and annoying. I found that this would go away if I turned off the cabin fan system for a couple minutes and then turned it back on. This happens every once in a while. Due to all of the other issues with the vehicle, this still has not be diagnosed. A few weeks after that, the brake system light came back on. I called the service department again, another 3 week wait. I couldn't plan that far in advance due to a crazy work schedule. I bought some more brake fluid and filled it up - warning light went away - this tells me there was a leak which has existed since before purchasing the car. After a few months of constantly refilling the fluid, I was finally able to make an appointment with the service department. The vehicle's appointment was scheduled for the first slot of the day. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle - but forgot to make proper arrangements, so they had to call a taxi to drive me to Langley Driving Force to pick-up the vehicle. I called them around noon to find out what the diagnosis was. They had no information yet (even though they apparently looked at my vehicle 3 hours earlier). I called back around 2pm, still no information. I called back at 5pm, they finally had information for me - the vehicle was ready for me to pick-up. When I arrived in person, I was told that the cost would be well over $200. I asked what the issue was, I was told there was a loose nut, they tightened it. Over $200 to tighten a nut!!? I declined to pay, telling them that the issue had existed since before I purchased the vehicle, and on the basis that they never gave me a quote and proceeded with "work" without my authorization of the charges. They allowed me to drive the vehicle away without paying this time. I guess they did me a favor - must be hard work tightening a nut. Or maybe they sabotaged the vehicle so that I'd have to come back and give them bigger repair work. Before continuing - you should know that I get oil changes every 5,000 km and have had the transmission fluid flushed and serviced as well. A couple months later, the transmission started acting up. It would slip into neutral while driving. That's not dangerous at all. I took it to a transmission shop and found that there was a transmission fluid leak. After farther investigation, the transmission fluid cooler, which is built into the air conditioner condenser, had stopped working and was leaking all of my fluid. This also caused damage to the transmission. The entire transmission had to be rebuilt and the condenser was replaced. The expensive warranty the dealership sold me only covered 80% of that bill and they only cover 5 days of rental car. I had a rental car for 2 weeks while this work was being done and my bill cost over $1,100! And no, I definitely did not take this back to the dealership for service - I couldn't trust them. And now, just hours after getting all of that repaired and replaced, the check engine light has come on and there is a problem with the alternator. I've yet to diagnose that annoying clicking which still happens. If you like lemons, there are plenty of places that sell them. But if you like really expensive lemons - this is definitely the dealership for you! As for me, I'm okay with $1 lemons from the grocery store, I'll never purchase anything from this dealership again! What a joke! I don't recognize any of the sales employees listed on this site - and don't think that the Ryan I worked with is either of the two Ryan's I see listed. I also don't remember the name of the service associates who helped me in both incidents. More
