Great experience I went here to look at one specific truck but when mans came up to me he actually went thru what I want and like In a truck. He then took me thru 3 different models where then I realized the truck I went there for was not for me. Mans was super patient with me while I was deciding between two models. I decided on one model and said I would be back the next day. When I got there the next day I decided to look at other truck as I wasn't dead set on one, mans had no problem doing the paperwork on the one I didn't want he say before and had printed comparisons between the two trucks so I could make a better decision. I also had ted come and help us with giving me information between the two which helped a lot! Overall great experience!! More

Shakir Nikjo was the salesperson helping me; I'm actually from Vancouver Island and made the trip to Maple Ridge to look at a Jeep Patriot. Shak made sure my trip was worth it. He texted me photos before I came and gave me information regarding the car and pricing before I even set foot on the ferry. When he asked how my trip over was, he also told me that they would be paying for my ferry fare, which was completely unexpected. The negotiation process was easy and like I said, stress-free. I had a great time while I was there; it didn't feel exhausting like it can be at some dealerships. Their gift with purchase is such a great added bonus as well!! Zachary Phillips, their finance manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rate and was spending my money on what actually matters to me, rather than frivolous extras that aren't really applicable to a used vehicle (for example, buying extended warranty rather than exterior detailing since I don't put tons of kilometres on my vehicles). Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership and their staff to all of my family and friends!
