I was anxious, I was nervous, overall I felt overwhelmed before we even hit the door. As soon as we were aproached by Rocko, my feelings had already changed. He was so frienly, so personable and gained our trust with his confidence. Rocko was incredible throughout the whole process and even made it a joyful for our family members who tagged along on the process with us. During the finance process he had them laughing so loud we could hear them from an office across the room! We also had the pleasure of having Ryan assist us with our financing. He made it so quick and really made sure to explain all the details and extra warenty packages to us. He was also very personable and easy to get along with. Great service from Spencer Burr We were shopping for 2 vehicles a Jeep Cherokee and what ever could be used as a first car for a new driver. We had a tight budget so it was practical We were shopping for 2 vehicles a Jeep Cherokee and what ever could be used as a first car for a new driver. We had a tight budget so it was practically an impossible task to start with. After finding a Fiat 2013 and Cherokee 2016, Spencer did his very best to make the numbers work going back and forth between finance and us always making sure we were ok and answering our many questions. The whole process was very long but at the end, the numbers just wouldn't add up to our budget so we had to give up on the Fiat. We went home agreeing on a final price for the Cherokee. After reading the full contract, we realized that finance had really screwed us over and we would have had to pay almost 4 times the value of the car in interest and other hidden fees. The next day, my boyfriend went back to see Spencer and he immediately fixed the situation by cancelling the sale and instead got us a better deal on a 2017 Cherokee we were able to take home the same day. Everyone, particularly Spencer, from the sales team has been great, it's the finance team I'm not too impressed with. I would recommend this dealership but read the fine print is always the best way to go, no matter who you deal with. Great experience with salesman, Spencer Burr I was shopping for a Grand Caravan. I was met in the lot by Spencer Burr. He was very friendly and knowlegable and showed me exactly what I wanted. . Although he is fairly new to the job he provided excellent service throughout the whole process. The paper work took over 2 hours and Spencer kept checking and reporting back to me. He was very conscientious and easy to talk to. He will be a great asset to the dealership in the future. I went to MRC because of an ad I saw in the local paper. The ad was very deceiving as it said "NO TAX" but once clarified, it turned out to be just a "tax credit". The person doing the paper work (not Spencer) filled out the form incorrectly. I had to return the next day to get it clarified and corrected.. I am very happy with my van but the process was almost 3 hours. More

finding a car for our daughter I went online to find a vehicle for our daughter. She was looking for a used SUV with low mileage. I came across a vehicle so we went to the dealership to have a look at it. Unfortunately this particular one was sold. The salesman Kevin that we were dealing with knew of another type of SUV that she might be interested in. He went and got the SUV and then took us for a test drive. After my daughter took it for a test drive she decided that she really liked it. Kevin was really great at explaining all the paper work. He allowed us to take it off lot to our own mechanic to have it checked. They discovered that it needed to have some work done. We informed Kevin when we dropped the SUV back off. The necessary work was done by Al and Braden in service and now we have one happy daughter. Thank you so much for all of your help in making our daughters first vehicle purchase go well.
