As it so happens, this person was preoccupied with an existing client. During my wait, I noticed that Greg was not only taking care of his own clientele, but was at the same time - also "keeping an eye" on those that were "in cue" - so to speak. I must say that this kind of "pre-service" care is unheard of these days. It really gives the customer the feeling that "Though you guys are indeed busy, you are taking the time to acknowledge those that are waiting to be taken care of? So, Greg..."Thank you so very much for your thoughtful attention!" As the person whom I was waiting for was still taking care of his existing client, Greg "took charge" of the situation and as a result, took care of the appointment himself. During this period of time, Greg continued to be extremely helpful and polite. Interesting and somewhat surprisingly, Greg demonstrated a sincere interest in ensuring that I was not only taken care of, but he also took the time to ensure that I understood all that was transpiring. This is my third meeting with Greg and I must say that he has been consistent in his dealings with me.
