Smooth and Efficient Service Experience I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a routine oil change. I spoke with the Service Advisor, Braeden Pritchard about two additional co I took my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a routine oil change. I spoke with the Service Advisor, Braeden Pritchard about two additional concerns which was a small oil leak and that one of the tires wouldn't maintain full inflation. Braedon advised he'd have someone attend to both issues and that the wait time for completion of service would be extended. Without my prompting, he arranged for me to have a loaner car and kept in contact with me through the entire process. The oil change was completed and both my concerns were dealt. Braeden explained the issues found and how they were remedied as well. Braeden is a pleasure to deal with. He's knowledgeable, efficient, transparent and fully engaged in his work. Thank you! More

2018 Grand Cherokee I have been dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler since 1993 and recently traded in my Hellcat for a Grand Cherokee. I have been dealing with Joe Abenant I have been dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler since 1993 and recently traded in my Hellcat for a Grand Cherokee. I have been dealing with Joe Abenante for several years now and have bought four vehicles from him. Joe know's that I can be picky and want specific things. Joe was very helpful helping me get the vehicle I wanted and had to ship it in from another dealership. I had a few minor issues that Joe and Maple Ridge Chrysler were quick to fix. When it came time to talk numbers for my trade in, Joe had me deal with Ian Speckman the Dealer Principal. We had a good conversation and in the end I got a fair price for my vehicle. I walked away very satisfied and although I miss My Hellcat, I love my new Grand Cherokee. I will continue to buy from them the next time I need a new vehicle. More

Then, after viewing Maple Ridge Chrysler TV ads I decided to try again. When I arrived on the lot someone came out and offered me an umbrella and opened the door for me. Inside was a positive energized hubbub of activity. My salesman Rocko was exceptional....well mannered and answered all my questions honestly and accurately. At one point one of the owners came to me and thanked me for my patronage. The person who handled the purchase/paper work was a true gentleman. Overall I was awed by the entire experience and I will make recommend Maple Ridge Chrysler as the number one place to buy a automobile. I was truly amazed that a car buying experience could be so positive and....their coffee is fabulous. More

Ryan was the reason why I bought my Jeep Ryan by far is the best employee I dealt with at MRC. I had some issue with miscommunication on pricing, but after SEVEN empolyees not being able to h Ryan by far is the best employee I dealt with at MRC. I had some issue with miscommunication on pricing, but after SEVEN empolyees not being able to help me, Ryan was able to do his magic and I drove away in my dream Jeep. Not to say anything bad about these other employees, but Ryan had patience and listened to my concerns. He was the only one to put time into working with me and he made it work.
