Oil Change=tire pressures screwed up+dirty clean+frustration Long wait after Brandi told me would be quick as no line up today in the Express Lane (I was only vehicle in the lane). Truck came back approximately 1 1/2 hours later with tire pressures all different and all less than manufacturer recommended pressures printed on door plate. NOT GOOD!! Truck was poorly vacuumed with many areas not done on floor, driver entry, trays, cup holders etc. The exterior power wash missed both the front and rear license plates, and all 4 wheel covers which were covered with road dirt. Brandi pushed hard for me to rotate tires ($50 charge), and made me sign a form when I said they don't need rotating at 8K km on a brand new truck! Received a text message asking how service was 4 days later. Told them wasn't impressed. They asked for details and texted me... "I will have your advisor, Brandi contact you." That was Jan 12, today is Jan 17...Brandi or anyone else, did not contact me to investigate my concerns. I guess it just doesn't matter when a customer is polite about crappy service!! If they can't do an oil change properly...it makes me wonder about regular maintenance items! I called a few oil change places to compare prices...I definitely paid a lot more at MRC just to get ticked-off versus the piece-of-mind I was seeking in the first place! More

Same as 01.13.17 and 11.12.16 Reviews.. Service is horrible I had an amazing experience with the sales team when we first stepped through the doors at Maple Ridge Chrysler. Shakir found me exactly what I wanted I had an amazing experience with the sales team when we first stepped through the doors at Maple Ridge Chrysler. Shakir found me exactly what I wanted in our RAM and got us a great deal with a few bonus gifts and we drove away extremely satisfied. However, when we left there were a few loose ends that needed to be tied up. For one, there was a back up beeper installed in the rear tail light that I was told could be taken out and two, there was an issue with the drivers' door hinge squeaking which required a small amount of grease. We had left without these issues resolved as we had spent most of the day at the dealership with our two kids with the promise that we could pull into the service department the next day and have those items taken care of. The next day I drove to the service department and waited 20 minutes in line while none of the service advisors acknowledged me. Not one person said hello, or hey I'll be right with you. I was invisible. I stepped up to the reception desk and spoke to the service receptionist who told me that I would have to speak to a service advisor for the above issues. I stood back in line and when someone was free asked to speak to them about removing the beeper and greasing the door hinge. I was told that I had wasted my time as I needed to book an appointment. I left, pretty disturbed about the whole experience, and I called Shakir immediately. He called me back on his day off and said that he would speak to them the next day and get it resolved. He called me back the day after like he said he would and he advised me to pull in and they could take me as soon as I arrived without an appointment. During these two days I had removed the back up beeper myself and I brought them the truck for the grease with a little bit of satisfaction that it took them 20 minutes to try to locate the back up beeper. The next time I needed the service dept. was for an issue with my uConnect 5 where it wouldn't show the volume bars or emit any sound whether radio or bluetooth or USB connection. It also sat with the power on screen and the lights on in the HUD where the RPM and Tach guages are. I called the service dept. the day before (when it was only having issues with the volume) and left a message with Cody Smith and Greg Bodnarchuk and didn't get a response. I called back in only to get voicemails again. I called reception and asked to speak to a service advisor directly on the phone and spoke with Brittany. The last time I dealt with Brittany was to secure a rental car while my hinge/back up beeper was being replaced. She is not a service advisor (which I asked to speak to) and after explaining the issue was told that I can make an appointment for 7 days out. I explained that my lights are on and radio is on 24/7 and that would surely kill my battery rendering me truck-less unless I want to be towed/jumped daily until that appointment. I asked for a service advisor to call me back due to the distance I would have to travel to be told "You need to make an appointment" and after I provided my information, didn't receive a call back. After researching the internet there is no way to reset this system and found instructions to update the firmware. I've updated the firmware myself based on the instructions on uConnect's website and still haven't received any information or a phone call back from this service dept. It's unfortunate that such a stellar sales team is overshadowed multiple times by the service department. It's the department you see most often as a vehicle owner after purchase and the focus should absolutely be on the ongoing experience. I know that if I have another experience like this from their service department it will have me researching a new dealership for my 2019 RAM upgrade. More
