Awesome!!!! We walked in to just look around and ended up driving a Dodge Ram 1500 out. We were first shown around by Justin who was a new hire. So we continued looking and seeing he is a new hire, he got Joe to sit in with him. Joe was fantastic and said he would find us a truck and he did!!!!!! We couldn't ask for better service and would highly recommend seeing Joe if you want to get new wheels. Hopefully Justin will learn the trade from Joe and become a top salesman soon too. He has a great personality. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing to go to Maple Ridge Chrysler.....they treat you fantastic!!!! More

Eleven months later My Pacifica was 11 months old and due for its first servicing. It was also time to add a towing package that was identified at the time of sale as abs My Pacifica was 11 months old and due for its first servicing. It was also time to add a towing package that was identified at the time of sale as absolutely necessary. When I received the quote from Cody in service now (11 mos later) it seemed unrealistically high compared to what I had been prepared to expect by sales 11 mos ago. I apprroved the installation to be done in six days time,anyway, and expressed a “glass half empty” feeling comin’ on. Cody Smith took an unsolicited initative on his own and I was surprised and pleased to receive a call the next morning from Bob. We were able to negotiate terms on the quote that significantly reduced the sticker price pain I was feeling on that hitch. Thank you Cody, for taking the reins on this one. I guess I will be staying on this side of the Golden Ears bridge for my future vehicle purchases after all. Kermit Thornley Maple Ridge BC More

Salesman Eric Nowak Rude & disrespectful of customers. Left us sitting at his desk on at least three occasions for a total of 3 1/2 hours after we made an appointment wit Rude & disrespectful of customers. Left us sitting at his desk on at least three occasions for a total of 3 1/2 hours after we made an appointment with him and then paid for the new vehicle. Each time we would track him down, he would be doing something else other than attending to us. He never did manage to get any information from service or other departments to find out simple things like: where are the missing floor mats, owner manual, brake controller, will both our blue-tooth smartphones work on the radio, how soon can we drive our new truck home... etc. I went to service myself and asked them if Eric had contacted them about our questions. No was their answer! On one occasion I found him drinking coffee while recording his sale to us on the sales performance tracking whiteboard. He then went outside and began talking to another walk-in prospect while leaving us sitting! Each time we managed to find him, he had forgotten what he left for, and did not apologize for our long needless waits at his desk! This guy is your worst nightmare after he gets your money! He didn't coordinate or followup with anyone on getting our vehicle insured (at MRC), ready for delivery or even talk to us once we paid. It was the worst experience ever. The final straw...we found out a couple days later that we were also supposed to get a certificate from Eric for a free prize (for everyone who buys a new vehicle). Worst sales experience ever!!!!! Go elsewhere unless you like frustration and waiting around for ever!!! His sales tactics are also questionable: the vehicle we wrote an offer on had step rails and MRC mud flaps, and we had gone through the features/price printout in detail that was posted on the internet with the exact stock# that we were interested in. After we had looked through the vehicle with Eric, done the test drive etc and while writing an offer...oh yeah, the extras are an additional $2400. What extras? If I wanted to pay for mudflaps, I sure wouldn't want Maple Ridge Chrysler plastered on them! Well we can always take them off was the sales managers response...I asked what about the multitude of holes (running boards, mudflaps). Your problem, if you don't want them... was his reply. A ploy...get us baited and then surprise us with additional costs that were supposedly included! MRC lost a lot of my trust with the pricing ploy, and the rest of it after paying! More

The worst experience ever these people are crooks These guys call me and tell me That my car is on a list where people from the states come and buy over priced cars. I get there and they completely run me around didn’t know y I was there didn’t know they called me because they wanted to buy my car. These people no nothing They lost my info and asked me numerous amounts of time for it. Told me I have a car and put a sold sign on told me come get keys tomorrow so I do and then when I get there they say they can’t help me out. Worst time of my life waisted 4 days for nothing.
