The whole experience was fun and exciting and she was very patient with us while we figured out what we wanted. She was extremely helpful and honest about all the cars we looked at and finally helped us decide on our dream car. She got us an amazing deal and spent a great deal of time making sure we were completely satisfied with the decision we had made right from the test drive until we drove it off the lot. Joe was awesome I was looking to buy a jeep willys so we stopped by the dealership to look. we were stalked by a salesman whom we asked to leave us alone 3 times, bu I was looking to buy a jeep willys so we stopped by the dealership to look. we were stalked by a salesman whom we asked to leave us alone 3 times, but continued to stalk us. so we left. i resorted to looking online for the willys we wanted to look out and contacted Joe. He was absolutely awesome. He spent the afternoon with us being upfront, honest and absolutely a wonderful delight. He made us feel so comfortable that even after feeling a little put off from our initial experience, we left with a brand new jeep willys, exactly what we wanted. At an affordable price for us to handle. thanks joe, you did an awesome job, we appreciated every minute you spent with us. More

Appointments and overpricing Ok i just got home from Maple Ridge Chrysler. Made an appointment earlier in the week to deal with James. He and I had discussed what I was looking for over text for the past week. When I arrived I was passed off to his "desk buddy" I hadn't developed a rapport with his desk buddy and he was unclear of the situation. On to the numbers. The vehicle I was looking for has an msrp of 50000 new as per ramtruck.ca. Currently the deal with dodge is 25% off msrp. That would put the vehicle I was interested in at 38500. After some recent discussion I was quoted 63300 for the truck and 11000 for a lift kit and rubber (was told this after I left, but still close to 10g over msrp and outright theft in regard to the lift and rubber) I was offered an outdoorsman model instead in regards to my credit. I did my research before going to the dealer or even contacting Maple Ridge Chrysler in the first place. The vehicle I had intended to purchase was within my means and to have the bait and switch pulled on me was frankly insulting given the circumstances. Also to confirm the appointment last night someone called my employer to confirm the appointment instead of calling me. How they got that information, and the breach of my privacy and personal information was a major red flag. I will not be dealing with Maple Ridge Chrysler in the future as the appointment I made was handed off to a different representative, the vehicle I had intended to purchase was marked close 10 grand over msrp, and the complete and utter disregard for my time and personal information. This has left a lasting impression on me as it seems the quality of their employees and business model is not up to a reputable standard. More

Pushy, Following a script I purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past, but it will be the last. For the first time dealing with buying a vehicle, I felt ripped off due to some I purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past, but it will be the last. For the first time dealing with buying a vehicle, I felt ripped off due to some fancy math with the trade in, and purchase. To this day, it still bothers me and even they have a problem trying to explain. All I can say is look carefully at the trade in, and selling price. If you don't understand, keep asking questions until you do. I basically gave up and went through with the purchase, only because I didn't want to look dumb. The Salesman who handled this sale, no longer works there and maybe there is a reason and have to consider it as a "Bad Apple" at the time. I think the final straw is the pushy sales of constant calls and invitations to special events, that are clearly "Scripted". If they want a sale, talk to me like a person and not from a script. That is the personal service expected and the strength of a good sales representative, to make it more personal. The one person from the dealer called me and didn't listen to anything I was saying, following a script. After telling him I would be interested in a new Durango, he asked me if I am financing my current vehicle? I told him we paid cash and not financed. He proceeded with his script saying something along the lines of "We can offer you lower payments than what you are paying now." I told him to stop reading from a script and talk to me personally. I basically asked him if he was listening to me, which he said he was. So I asked "If you were listening, why did you say I would get lower monthly payments than I am currently paying, if I told you already I paid my new vehicle in full" He apologized and I believe he was baffled. A good and valuable sales representative will "wing it" and adapt to every situation, and not read from a script. This gives me a lack of trust with any organization using scripts to sell, therefore I will not do business with them. More
