I was not excited to begin the process of car shopping since it always seems like such a chore. We also have a three month old which complicates the process even more. James was very respectful of our time constraints with our son and even let us take the van home overnight to really get a feel for it. We are thrilled with our new van and hope to drive it for many years to come! When we are done with it, we will be going back to Maple Ridge Chrysler and James for sure! More

Not able to service Dropped off vehicle for scheduled appt on Friday morning. 9 am. Loaner vehicle had no gas - gas light on (2nd time on 2nd service on brand new vehicle Dropped off vehicle for scheduled appt on Friday morning. 9 am. Loaner vehicle had no gas - gas light on (2nd time on 2nd service on brand new vehicle -Laramie). Vehicle now has 1300 km as unable to get earlier service appt. Told it may be a minor job but also might be longer as roof cushions sometimes are warped from factory. May need to replace entire roof cushion. Called for update on vehicle at 330 pm and advised 4 technicians down and unable to look at vehicle. Keep loaner for 2nd day. Thanks for the patience. Dealership called at 5 pm by service stating vehicle completed and ready for pickup. Arrived at 9 am next day o pickup and no paperwork completed. 1 hour to sort out paperwork and they attempted to charge for work. Upon dispute, charges waived. Vehicle brought to reception for pickup and upon inspection, the roof cushion was not fixed. Noted paperwork that it was adjusted and fixed rattle. Work performed is unsatisfactory and now need to book another appointment (who knows when) due to staffing shortages. Two service staff dealt with were friendly and helpful but the work was not completed and long delay for appt. More

Joe Abenante was incredible We started out by Email as we saw that Maple Ridge Dodge was offering $10,000 Cash Back. We needed a truck and Joe found the perfect vehicle for us. He got us pretty much everything we asked for and at a lower interest rate than initially quoted. Joe was Friendly, Knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of. But the Service did not end at the door. He followed up with us afterward making sure we were happy and that we made it home safely with our New Dodge Ram Bighorn. I have dealt with other dealerships that were only interested in the sale and then dismissed us and were down right rude, BUT NOT JOE! Joe kept the kids occupied even while we did the paperwork and insuranc. He explained the features and bells and whistles of the vehicle. Keeping your word is important! Zack likes to make promises when selling vehicles just don’t hold your breath when it comes to him keeping his word. I was told my sub could be transf Zack likes to make promises when selling vehicles just don’t hold your breath when it comes to him keeping his word. I was told my sub could be transferred from my old Jeep when I bought the Jeep. Service contacted me saying they could not do the sub transfer because of associated cost. I was told I could pay $500 and they would install a new one. I informed James the service rep that for $50000 dollar price tag of the Jeep I should not be left to pay additional costs in order for zack to keep his word. James instructed me he was ordering a sub comparable to my 10 inch oem alpine sub and zack had authorized the installation. Two weeks later I get a call from James in service to inform me the sub had arrived and they were ready to install. I was excited until I heard what they put in. An eight inch alpine sub, placed under my drivers seat instead of the back cargo space as promised. My back and my ears are not impressed. Thanks for the extra door speaker under my seat that bothers my back. It sucks when people treat you like a complainer when you ask them to honour an agreement. More

We have endured the arduous process of customizing/wrapping the Wrangler in atomic teal. This has been no easy feat, however Shak has remained steadfast in his approach to ensure my satisfaction with the vehicle. Through consistent communication and hard work along with some humor, we have successfully reached our goal of ensuring this new ride became something rather amazing.
