Typical car dealership experience I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and from the start I should have seen the writing on the wall. Negotiated a fair price and whe I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and from the start I should have seen the writing on the wall. Negotiated a fair price and when I came to pick up the Jeep I was told it was already sold but they would bring me in one exactly the same and the price would be the same. It wasn’t, short on accessories and 15,000.00 more. Didn’t find this out because I didn’t receive my paperwork for over a week, tried calling Shane everyday and he never returned my calls. There was a rock chip on delivery that the service department said they would repair. It has been in twice, both times the repair was BAAAD. I don’t have confidence in the standard of quality from the service department and now have the get my whole hood painted on my dime. More
