I was shocked how smoothly everything went and the end result was perfect. I've been treated with respect and asked by staff if there was anything that I needed when I stop in. They are always happy and willing to help, from my first visit coming to Maple Ridge and every other time I've been there. Thanks to the parts department for all your help and knowledge, to all the sales staff, finance, reception, Internet, service department and anyone else that I missed, thank you once again, keep up the good work. VIP = thanks for your cash I have purchased 2 ram trucks from Maple Ridge Chrysler. I have asked many many times to be taken off the “we have a deal for you ” annoying call list I have purchased 2 ram trucks from Maple Ridge Chrysler. I have asked many many times to be taken off the “we have a deal for you ” annoying call list. Yet every two weeks with out fail I get another call from some desperate sales person trying to sell me another truck! Proving my point They are only interested in the sale ! When we traded our 2916 in for a 2017 we had to fight to have the “ VIP” package transferred to the new truck ! We were told sorry the “VIP” goes with the truck you are trading in it can’t be transferred. When I told them to cancel the trade in I’ll keep the 2016 they changed their mind and transferred the VIP package ! Now we are moving out of province and have been told that the same company owns Mapleridge Chrysler as Crosstown in Edmonton. But our “VIP” package won’t be honoured at Crosstown because Even though the same company owns both dealerships, [ was told this company controls over 100 dealerships in Canada ] they have different partners so they will not honour the VIP program I bought from the company that owns both dealerships but they use a loophole to screw the customer. Very funny the Sales manager I was talking to offered to transfer the VIP to someone I know ? I thought the VIP package had to stay with the truck ? Same sales manager smiled and said you can still use the VIP here ! Not going to spend 500 in fuel and 30 hours driving for an oil change ! The poor excuse of a sales manager I talked too regarding this was quite pleased with himself as he had a crap eating grin on his face as he came up with excuse after excuse why Maple Ridge Chrysler and Crosstown Chrysler which are controlled by the same company will not honour my VIP package ! I called and asked to speak with the “New” partner Left a message but never got my call returned. In the past if I had an issue Ian was more than happy to return my call and assist me with getting concerns resolved! Service department 4 stars. Sales with broken promises, misleading sales tactics and rude sales managers who are very friendly and your best friend until the deal is done 1 star , Mr sales manager your arrogance will cost you sales. As I not only have told friends that are looking to buy a Ram truck to buy it anywhere but Maple Ridge Chrysler. I hope this review will change a few others minds as well. Service dept are all friendly and helpful. Sales managers can’t be trusted. They are very good at telling you anything to make the sale. Then it’s lets see if your willing to fight for what’s promised ! Out of 4 VIP visits 2 have not been completed properly , fluid levels all checked off as checked and topped off, when they were not. No sense in complaining , there is never any follow up from the dealership. TBH most service people here want to help. It’s not their fault sales ruin the owning a ram experience. More

We gave them my top allowance for a replacement car and not only did I get a great vehicle they took care of me all the way. I even received a new 8 person tent which was just one of the many choices of gifts as a perk for coming out their way. All in all, a rewarding experience I would recommend them to anyone. More
