Worst experience ever! Do you guys always ignore new clients like you have us? 3 days ago my husband came in to get a new truck. They took his info and said the system were Do you guys always ignore new clients like you have us? 3 days ago my husband came in to get a new truck. They took his info and said the system were slow getting things approved and they would call him once it went through. We found out later that evening it was approved but it was to late to do anything. We’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the last 3 days and no one there returns phone calls ever! What should be a great experience has turned into a very frustrating one and their customer service skills suck! We’ll be taking our business to a dealership that actually cares about new clients and gives us the proper service! Wish I had read all the horrible reviews on your business before we had even bothered. Hard lesson learned. After I posted this the above part of this review yesterday on their Facebook page they called my husband right away. They told my husband to tell me to take the bad review down! It took me posting a bad review for them to finally contact us. They told us that all we needed was an employment reference letter for my husband and the truck was ours. What a crock of $hit! He provided that to them this morning and now all of a sudden we are not approved. They ran his credit so many times that it’s now screwed us over and put him in the negative after working so hard to build it up. We can’t even go to another dealership now because of this! This dealership is the worst ever to deal with and will screw you over for nothing! 4 days we have been at this with them. 4 days of getting nothing but the run around from them. They were not honest with us from the start when they should have been. DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE!! I will be sure to post my review of your horrible business to all forms of social media including twitter, Instagram, google reviews, yelp and anywhere else I can find to post it.
