Ricky, Chad, Eric, Rayn and Brandon So I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler on Saturday to get a second key cut for my 2006 Caravan. Thank you again Brandon for paying half the cost, it was a So I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler on Saturday to get a second key cut for my 2006 Caravan. Thank you again Brandon for paying half the cost, it was a real life saver!! While I was waiting, I wandered over to the sale dept, just "to look". I told Ricky that I was just looking, not sure if I was ready to commit to making payments again after being 3 years payment free. I also thought it wouldn't hurt to see what kind if approval I could get once I was ready to commit, after all, my 2006 isn't going to last forever!! The approval was taking some time, which I kind of expected, previously working in the auto finance industry. One of the business managers, Chad ... aka Chat with Chad, suggested that I take the van (yes, I'm a minivaner for life ... been driving a Dodge Grand Caravan since 1999) for a couple of hours, and do the errands I needed to do. He said they would call me when they heard back from the bank. No sooner had I left the dealership, Ricky called me to say he had great news!! I finished my errands, picked my daughter up from work and headed back to the dealership. Once I got back to the dealership, I realized I was flat xxx broke until Friday (payday) for the insurance!! Business manager Eric, maybe Ryan, came to the rescue and ensured me that they would cover the cost of my first months insurance!! When does this ever happen?? Only from the #1 dealership in North America!! These guys are absolutely amazing, and one of the reasons I will only buy new or almost new!! Ricky, Eric, Ryan, Chad and Brandon ... you guys rock!! The rest of the crew are probably just as amazing, just haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet!! Pretty sure I'll have another minivan or two in my future, and I know the guys at Maple Ridge Chrysler will have me covered!! If you want to be treated like family and are looking for a new vehicle, new or used ... Maple Ridge Chrysler is the place to go!! I now know why they're #1 across Canada!!
