They were fantastic. We live in the Shuswap, and picked the car via the website - my parents test drove the car, checked it out etc - all the paperwork was completed via fax/email. My dad drove the car up here, Maple Ridge Chrysler paid for a 3 day permit, and we insured it the next day. I have not yet built up my credit history so I was worried about getting a car to finance. They gave me a really good deal because they noticed that the rest of my family owns Dodge or Jeep vehicles ( worried about getting a car to finance. The finance department kept the price well within my budget. When I was picking up my car after the inspection, I asked a person at Parts about the price of touch up paint so they asked me where I bought my car. When I told him I got it from MRC, he said it was free. He asked for my name , typed in into his computer and then disappeared into the back room. He comes out and hands me the exact match touch up paint for my car. In short, it was a great experience and I definitely will (and already have) recommend MRC to all my family and friends. More
This company is very engaging with the customer. The Sales staff worked carefully to find the vehicle I wanted. They pay attention to what you see and want and keep track of that to ensure you arrive at the perfect vehicle. They seem to have good employee retention and respect loyalty. Every area scored high. we went in looking for a dodge ram 3500, they got us a sales person that immediately sat us down at desk took our name etc, then proceeding to tell us things about trucks & diesels. part of the way throu sales person that immediately sat us down at desk took our name etc, then proceeding to tell us things about trucks & diesels. part of the way through his speech, I told him yes I know all about diesel trucks.( I have a fleet of 8) but he didn't seem to want to listen he kept going on. I said I was thinking of long box but not 100% sure, he just wanted to inform me that long boxes harder to handle & need more space to turn & park & that most people that come in wanting l/b buy short box. YA as if I don't know l/b has larger turning radius. I have a few, all bigger then you even sell, I also didnt come in to know what others buy. Not once asking us what we needed to know or what we really wanted. when we first went out to look at trucks he tried to push us to used and we had already stated preferred new. but after first used truck he seemed to understand I wasn't interested & showed us a few options of new. Though we found a few trucks we really liked, I doubt we will buy here. as my wife stated he was a used car salesman, that gave her the creeps. he wouldn't even talk prices. just showed sticker price. and said we sell thousands of cars a month you can trust us. if someone tells me, "you can trust me" because one reason or another, that is usually a sign they not to be trusted at all. my wife was fast to find reasons to leave, & as soon as we left asked can we go to another dealer & tell them we saw what we like & have them bring it over. If sales man was honest & actually willing to listen, you may have landed a 2 vehicle sale, instead may loose altogether More
May 1st I went to Parts department to get a remote start for my 2013 Ram 1500. The parts guy said it might take up to a week to get the parts in. So I set up an appointment over at the Service department fo for my 2013 Ram 1500. The parts guy said it might take up to a week to get the parts in. So I set up an appointment over at the Service department for May 17th, 2 1/2 weeks later. The lady asked me what time, I said I was quoted 4 hours labour, so I would bring it in at 9 am so I could get it back the same day. She says "no problem". On May 16th I get a call from the Service department to confirm my appointment for 9 am the next day - great. I had arranged for my father to drive in with his car also so I would have transportation. On the 17th, we both drive in (30 miles), and I drop the vehicle off after talking with the service agent. I confirm it will be ready later that day. We are heading back home when I get a call saying their service technicians are pretty busy and may not be able to complete, or even get to the job today. I said I made an appointment almost three weeks ago, giving you guys enough time to get the parts in, I made arrangements for a ride, I took the day off work, I confirmed your phone call from the 16th for this job, and I was 10 minutes early to drop it off, and you tell me you can't do it??? He said he couldn't guarantee, but would be able to do so for the 18th (Saturday). So I blow a day off work, and won't have my truck for Saturday of the May long weekend. I am writing this on the 17th, so who knows if they will even do it tomorrow. It was a good thing I didn't have any use for the 1/4 tank of gas I get to burn driving back and forth twice. When I set this whole thing up on the 1st, I was quoted $361 for parts, $400 for labour, plus taxes. By my reckoning that works out to $852.32. I mentioned that to the service agent, he says yeah, it's close to a grand. We'll see - it looks closer to $850 to me, but what do I know. Based on my experience so far, I expect this also to become an issue - when a business can't even commit to an appointment and time frame, I doubt this will end well. Regardles of the outcome, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy - and I bought the truck there. This outfit is incompetent, unorganized, and deceitful - steer clear!!! More

They are the top in customer service! More
