As it turned out we both left the dealership with vehicles that we were happy with and that saved us money in the long run. Whenever it seemed we hit a road block Max was quick to find a way to work around it. He genuinely seemed to care and want to see us leave the dealership not only with a smile on our faces but with a vehicle that we were happy with. Max has continued to be helpful even 2 months after our vehicles were purchased and driven off the lot. My vehicle was broken into and the top destroyed and Max assisted me in locating a new one. Great Experience! I was calling around to different dealerships to try and find the best deal on a van. I had been referred to Maple Ridge Chrysler by a close friend a I was calling around to different dealerships to try and find the best deal on a van. I had been referred to Maple Ridge Chrysler by a close friend and had several people comment on Facebook that this was the place to go. I was put in touch with Zia who was helpful and friendly from the very beginning. I found him very personable and friendly and throughout our experience, it felt like I was talking with a friend as opposed to a pushy sales person (which Zia is not at all). I told him I wasn't keen on coming in unless I knew they had something that would meet our needs. Zia put together a video of the different vehicles they had that might suit us and emailed it to us. We decided to go in and were impressed with the dealership as a whole. We took our new van home that day! We had to take the vehicle back to get a tow hitch put on and get the vehicle detailed. When I went to pick it up, I wasn't very happy with the detail job BUT as soon as I expressed this, I was taken care of by several staff to make sure that it was done properly. And of course, Zia was there to oversee that it was done well and was empathetic to the fact that when you buy a new vehicle, you want it to be good experience from start to end. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others and referring them to Zia when I do! More
