Five Stars across the board! I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 and I could not be happier! I did not know that purchasing a vehicle could be this easy and fun! I had an incredible e I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 and I could not be happier! I did not know that purchasing a vehicle could be this easy and fun! I had an incredible experience at Maple Ridge Chrysler with Ted Jones and Mike in Finance. Before I even got to the dealership Ted had 90% of the process complete so my time would not be wasted waiting around for things to get done. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Ted treated me like family and made me feel comfortable. The car I was interested in was clean and detailed, we took a test drive and I knew it was the one! Back at the dealership we reviewed some smaller details about the warranties and payments. Then I finished the finance process with Mike, he clearly explained everything, gave me several options of what was available and it was finished just like that! Arrangements were made by Ted and I was able to drive off the lot with my new car that day! Four days later the car was returned to the dealership to have the Protection Package warranty work completed. I had it dropped off before work and it was ready for me when I was home! I was so pleased with the service I received that I referred my sister to Ted as well and she bought her new Dodge Avenger three weeks after my purchase! Ted even had someone go get her old vehicle, over a half hour away, so she was able to drive off the lot that very evening. I received an additional gift as well for referring my sister. I would most defiantly refer family, friends and strangers and will be a return customer in the future. More

Great, Positive Experience I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler to see what they had in the way of trucks/4x4s as I am moving provinces. I test drove 3 SUVs, one of which was a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I fell in love with right away though it was way over my budget. Shaun shared my enthusiasm and worked with me to fit the jeep into my budget. I was so happy with the news that I ended up signing the deal that day. Shaun made the whole process very easy and stress-less. He was not aggressive at all and answered all the questions my girlfriend and I had. I met with Paulo and explained exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He recommended the 2014 Jeep Sahara to me and suggested that I take the vehicle overnight to be sure it was right for me.
