Great and friendly customer service After literally years of research we had finally decided a dodge caravan was right for our large family. Then one day on a whim we ended up out at Map After literally years of research we had finally decided a dodge caravan was right for our large family. Then one day on a whim we ended up out at Maple Ridge because we had heard great things. We knew what we wanted, exactly, and unfortunately James couldn't find it in his stock but worked his magic and found us one close by. Because James worked hard to find us the van we wanted we decided to give him our business even though it meant not driving it home that day. Previous dealerships we had been at had expected us to be happy with what they had in stock instead of trying to find what we wanted, what is exactly what James did. We got the deal done, and he had our van delivered to us free of charge a short time later. Another huge bonus as our local dealership was going to charge us $1600 to bring in the van we wanted. James even made sure to get heated seats installed, something other dealerships told me was not possible, and when that cost came in under his estimate he was honest with us, giving us the receipt and making sure the actual cost is what we paid instead of the estimated. James has continued to keep in touch to make sure we are still happy with our purchase. We found him personable, easy to communicate with and not pushy like other salesman. He was super personable and although we hadn't planned on purchasing that day, we walked out with an awesome caravan that will work really well for us, The entire process from start to finish was totally painless, and we were looked after the whole time. Lucas even took the time to get us acquainted with our new vehicle and paired our phone with its Bluetooth system before we headed off. He was never pushy and always helpful. Long story short we been having our mind set trading in our 2010 Grand Caravan and getting a crew cab truck so we tried ou James is a pretty good guy. Long story short we been having our mind set trading in our 2010 Grand Caravan and getting a crew cab truck so we tried out this "other" dealership somewheres in Port Coquitlam sat down doing our paper work and what not couple hrs past and only to find out that we got denied so had to drive all the way home to Agassiz. (Was even longer ride not driving home in a new vehicle)... Couple days later we received this call from James P asking us if we still interested in getting a new ride and we said not sure because we didn't wanna drive for 2hrs for nothing again. So he says we can just do this over the phone so we did. Day later he called back with some great news, got approved :) got there showed us some trucks and vans and exclaims to us that we doing a really good thing on trading in our van to get out of that high interest loan that we were in and ending up getting a newer van 2013 Grand Caravan baby!! Oh yeah!! ...We are so glad we got that call and approved and the interest cut in half and the newer van is the cherry on top. Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep is good people very nice... I think my wifey loves the van more than me though, I still never got to drive it to work yet! lol ....Thanks for making this work James Plowright!! :D More
