"Can do" approach We had been considering purchasing a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and thought we'd check out our local Maple Ridge Jeep dealership on Friday We had been considering purchasing a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and thought we'd check out our local Maple Ridge Jeep dealership on Friday May 2, after dinner. Seeking assistance, we were quickly greeted in the lot and given a warm and friendly welcome by salesman Mike Retallick. Mike and Eric offered us a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee to take home and try out for the weekend, so we'd be comfortable and confident in our final choice. It was very apparent that Mike & Eric were really listening to what we were looking for to best suit our needs and give us a great deal. We made our decision and 3 days later drove home in a beautiful shiny, brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Although this exact vehicle wasn't our original intention, we are completely satisfied, pleased and impressed with the careful attention and service provided to us by Mike, Eric, Everett, Ian and the entire Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge team Every step required was handled swiftly and professionally by friendly, knowledgeable people who really made us feel valued and respected. We even had a lovely gift to take home carried out to our new Jeep by Ian! What a way to end the entire process of purchasing our very first brand new vehicle! I had suffered a heart attack and my son a massive brain injury due to medical malpractice, i was not always able to work, and i chose to stay at home and freelance when i could or my son's health was good enough to leave his side, i had given up hope on ever owning a "nice" car, sometimes i couldn't always pay the bills, which left ugliness on my bureau, which was not because i had been irresponsible, i was intact the opposite!!! i wished someone could see how hard i had worked to turn my financial situation around. I had been dealt a crappy hand and turned my situation into a positive and opened a respite house for medically fragile children this way i could support my son with nurses while still bringing home a pretty income, this was 10 years in the making... Now my life found love and my life now included a 3 year old step daughter, with my new family and only my sons wheelchair van it made things difficult to for both my partner and i to get to jobs, both of us being freelance artists and myself a respite home for medically fragile children we needed a car... Walking into the door at Maple Ridge Chrysler was AMAZING!!! Mike was awesome for me and my partner to see him so professional and so kind and assuring...i felt intimidated what if i got rejected what if i walk out looking stupid, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! i was treated like a queen everyone was out to make sure i was going to get this car no matter what!!! Mike handed me off to Mario, and WOW what an wonderful man, he made me feel like i was one of his own kids, and for the first time ever I got to walk out feeling not cheated or lied too but some sleazy car guy but i walked out with a new car!!!!! and i feel like i can go back and visit these guys anytime just for the heck of it!! It changed my life dramatically , my partner and i are feeling pretty xxxx awesome in our new car and the kids are soo happy too, thanks guys for giving this gal a chance..I appreciate each and everyone of you!!! Happy ram owner I went into the dealer to kick some tires. I needed a pickup because of work and a new baby on the way. I owned a beautiful 2012 Chrysler 300 and wanted the same luxury in a pick up. I had little time so I described the vehicle I had in mind and left the lot. After work Mike phoned me and said he had a vehicle picked out he thought I would like. He was right it was exactly what I wanted. After talking with Mike and the Finance agent Mario we were able to hammer out an unbelievable price on a gorgeous 2014 Ram 1500 sport. Fully loaded the truck is very comfortable and very flashy. The staff at Maple Ridge Chrysler were very helpful especially my salesman who dropped everything to come in after hours to help me get my new truck. I contacted the dealership and explained I didn't notice these items nor want them and they were amazing in their response. They reversed the charges immediately and I just couldn't get over their helpfulness in this matter. With that sort of responsiveness I will definitely trust this dealership with my future servicing of the vehicle and future car purchases. More
