Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Max from the first words out of his mouth showed us he was there to help us. He listened to what we were saying and understood our needs in a vehicle. He suggested several vehicles that he thought would work for us. Be it to fit us physically or financially. Max was very kind and considerate. My husband had knee surgery and was walking with a cane. Max went and brought each vehicle to us so my husband didn't have to do extra walking. While we waited, he made sure we were comfortable with coffe, tea or water that he also went and got for us. We never felt like we were being rushed. In fact it was the opposite. Max made us feel like we were the only people there and that we were the most important. He wanted to make sure we did not leave until we had the perfect vehicle for us. We could keep going on and on about Max, best salesmen ever. But it was also Len (the manager), Shane Colpits (finance manager) and all the rest of the team that made our visit so perfect. They all made sure we were comfortable and happy. We have dropped by a couple of times since we bought our Dodge Journey in April, and we are still greeted with those same happy friendly smiles. Max and Len will still come over, shake our hands and see if everything is alright. Everyone at Maple Ridge Chrysler says hello, even though you are not there customer. SALES STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I recently brought in my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/t for service, Jordan Allen Offered me a 2013 Dodge Charger Sxt loaner car while the work was being d I recently brought in my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/t for service, Jordan Allen Offered me a 2013 Dodge Charger Sxt loaner car while the work was being done. I had called other dealerships and nobody else would do this for me . Jordan went out of his way, coming in on Sunday to accomidate me and my schedule. While i had the Charger i realized that i liked it better than my Challenger , I called Jordan and told him that i would like to trade my Challenger in and purchase the Charger. Jordan made this transition very easy for me going over numbers and terms with me over the phone several times a day for about 3 days straight , I never felt pressured or rushed into any deal. He gave me all of my options and worked within my budget to make me the best deal possible. At one point Jordan even left a wedding he was attending just to come into the office when i had finished the paperwork and shake my hand and even put the plates on my new Charger. Jordan Allen is a class act and very knowledgable and friendly , i highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Mario Kazulin was the finance manager i dealt with after i had decided to move forward with the sale and purchase of the vehicles, Mario made sure i got top dollar for my Challenger and got me into an ideal low interest finance plan with my Charger, he worked and reworked the numbers to make sure everything was exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it. Mario made this normally stressful ordeal a flawless transition from one vehicle to another. He is a very smart, charming and friendly character and my Mother who i had brought with me for a co-sign thought he did an amazing job with all of my paperwork . He even gave my mother a gift after the deal was done which i really appreciated. Great guy all around. The guys at Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge went above and beyond my expectations, They never once said no to any of my requests and did everything in their power to make sure i got the best deal possible. i have never in my 35 years of buying and selling cars dealt with a more professional pair of guys than Jordan and Mario.
