More complaints than any other BC Dealership So where to start: stole my $6000 rebate, submitted fake MSRP sticker, purchased and custom ordered 3500 Dodge from factory, 1 day before end of month So where to start: stole my $6000 rebate, submitted fake MSRP sticker, purchased and custom ordered 3500 Dodge from factory, 1 day before end of month I was told there was a mistake on price by $20,000, told Maple Ridge Chrysler come pick up truck. Closed account payments where to come from, paid cash payments on truck at another Chrysler dealership, for the next 3 months someone topped up my payments by $233, called Canada Chrysler it was not me and asked where n who was this $233 coming from? They would not tell me. In the end I was forced to pay the extra $233 but for a much shorter term. Took me almost a year dealing with a women in Toronto Chrysler head office to have this BS removed from my credit report! Stay away from this group along with other dealerships they own!! More

I was informed that I qualified for a lower rate for my car I was contacted by an unknown associate from Chrysler to inform me that I qualify for a lower bank rate for my loan over 7 years, so I scheduled an ap I was contacted by an unknown associate from Chrysler to inform me that I qualify for a lower bank rate for my loan over 7 years, so I scheduled an appointment shortly after by first emailing him an exact disclosure of my financial situation, his talk quickly turned into buying my car. I later realized this was not the same person that offered me the reduced loan rate. This is where I let him know what I was interested in & what I clearly did not want to exceed my biweekly payments, possibly smaller car, definitely not larger yet to maintain the standard I was currently enjoying & continue to do so. When I came in he said I have just the vehicle for you, a HUGE black truck, going totally against anything I indicated, he then proceeded to show me a large van, once again, how I should test drive both, I handed him the keys & said why when I stated I wanted the same size car, certainly nothing massively larger as he proposed. If the Manager is reading this, I can forward you the email I sent him. Again stating I wanted to keep the payments the same or slightly more, from 373 to 416 over 8 years was not what I had in mind. Again, did he really pay heed to my email even though I did receive the read receipt. I bought three cars from Ford down the street since 2005, I was dissatisfied with them so came to Chrysler though to get away from such deception. I really felt like I was being railroaded, not impressed while I really only came in to see if I qualified for the lower rate by rewriting my car loan, that never happened, it was a "Bait & Switch" I learned that long ago in Business Law. I wasn't impressed with his talk assuring me the car isn't from Africa, what does that have to do with anything, then he started comparing his surname to "dubes" sorry I wasn't getting it. More
