Instant family with credit challenge needed a larger vehicle Recently married blending two full families with a dog we required a 6+ seater vehicle with lots of room for "stuff" but did not want a minivan. Recovering from credit issues we were concerned we wouldn't qualify for a larger vehicle or be able to trade in a high interest small newer vehicle. This was not a problem for this dealership and Paulo made us feel very valued. He let us know we are not unique in our credit situation and was able to put us into a new 7 seater Dodge Journey at an incredible interest rate (under 5% where we'd previously been over 15%). Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. He explained everything fully and did not rush me. My husband has had alot of health problems including a recent heart transplant and artery surgery and he really could not walk the lot or have an enormous amount of stress. Our salesman, Stephane, catered to our every need and brought the vehicles to the door to meet us and be test driven. Steve did not waste any time at all. He quickly sat down with us and crunched the numbers without the typical salesman lingo. In fact we got such a good deal on our vehicle we decided it was in our best interest to buy that day instead. We were listened to, given options - and found we could in fact afford a new vehicle instead of used one ----- at no point did we feel forced or coerced into making a sale simply for the dealership's profit -- but in fact they found out what our needs were and found a vehicle that would fit those needs best. They even found a price in our low monthly budget for financing - and we decided to increase this so we could obtain the optional but very useful coverage. At no time did we feel pushed --- quite the opposite - they found a way to meet our needs as efficiently and appropriately as possible. Sivas was both knowledgeable and helpful, pleasant to a fault and only to happy to work to make sure we were completely satisfied with our experience. Everett worked to ensure we received the financing and optional coverage that we desired. We would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to our friends, neighbors, relatives, and have already done so on facebook. More
