Excellent experience buying our new car! We were in the market for a new vehicle so we did our homework...checking reviews...pricing...service etc. Then we visited several dealerships trying We were in the market for a new vehicle so we did our homework...checking reviews...pricing...service etc. Then we visited several dealerships trying out the vehicles for size and comfort. My husband is 6'3 so needed one that he felt comfortable in. We had visited 5 dealerships before going in to Maple Ridge Chrysler and at this point we were pretty tired of the 'hustler guy salesman' experience. What a surprise here! We were welcomed by Joe and then left on our own to browse. He told us to let him know if we wanted for info or if we wanted a test drive. Any questions we had Joe was able to answer....he knows his vehicles! No pressure...so nice. It was two weeks later when we made our decision. We called Joe and went back to see if we could make a deal. Joe worked hard to get us what we wanted...at a price we wanted to pay. He was very sensitive to our budget...we never felt any pressure. Everyone from our man Joe, to Len the Finance Guy, to Zac the guy who wrote the contract to the on-site insurance guy was quick, efficient and knew their stuff! Thank you all for a good experience....we love our new Journey! More

Just popped in to have a nose about. Sunday morning, the sun was bright in the sky, had an hour to waste while the missus got ready to go out so thought I would have a nose around my loca Sunday morning, the sun was bright in the sky, had an hour to waste while the missus got ready to go out so thought I would have a nose around my local dealership. I had previously bought my car from them before and have nothing but praise. Walking around the lot I saw and fell in love with a 2013 red 300c. James came out and I was out on a test drive soon after. The car was a dream. James was a very well informed salesmen who knew his stuff. He answered all of my questions and and even some that I had not thought of. We sat down and went over some figures. He and his boss worked really hard to get to a figure that I liked. But we did and a deal was struck. Hands were shaken and signatures left. I now have a beautiful car. It was a long day as they were very busy for a Sunday but during that time James was very attentive and kept me informed of the procedures. At no point did I feel harassed or harangued into buying the car as you hear of so many large dealerships. They even fed me a hotdog. So thank you James and the management team at Maple Ridge Chrysler it was the most relaxed and easiest $36,000 I have ever spent. Cheers Des More
