Needed a small part - 6 hours - 3 trips to Chevrolet/Jeep I needed 6 small screws. Phoned Jeep in Maple Ridge, told they were in stock drove the 45 minutes drive and missed the parts department by 10 minutes I needed 6 small screws. Phoned Jeep in Maple Ridge, told they were in stock drove the 45 minutes drive and missed the parts department by 10 minutes and no one could help (90 minutes there and back) . Best they could/would do is tell me to go to Coquitlam Chev/Jeep - told the Parts Dept was open on Sunday. Drove 30 minutes to Chev Jeep on Sunday - Part Dept closed (60 minutes there and back)( . Trevor at Jeep in Maple Ridge told me they stocked the part so the next week drove AGAIN to Maple Ridge 45 minutes. and no they don't stock them Asked if they would possible NOT make me drive MORE and no go, they couldn't take the parts off (would have taken 2 minutes to take the screws off another vehicle to give to me - while they waited 24 hours to get the part in). NO GO. Only offer was to special order them and have me drive AGAIN 90 minutes to get 6 small body screws. IF i provided my Customers this kind of Service I wouldn't have customers. I PROMISE TO NEVER EVER BUY A JEEP OR CHEVROLET FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND WILL NEVER EVER GET SERVICE THERE AND WILL NEVER BUY A JEEP OR CHRYSLER AGAIN they obviously think having a customer drive 4 + hours for 6 screws is OK - can't imagine if I needed something necessary to the running of my vehicle... Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. More

Ivan the general manager was notified of the problem and took good care of us right away. We received a company vehicle whilst our jeep was being fixed. In the end we ended up with a brand new Jeep with in a few days and we couldn't be happier. The fast reliable service that was provided to us by Ivan eased our initial buying worries as we knew that the service that Maple Ridge Chrysler provides would be AMAZING!! THANK YOU IVAN!!!!!! More

"Excellent car buying experience" Started out with another dealership and things just didn't seem right. Checked the Maple Ridge Chrysler website and requested to get a price on a Dodg Started out with another dealership and things just didn't seem right. Checked the Maple Ridge Chrysler website and requested to get a price on a Dodge Journey. Jordan called me back quickly, and we liked what he had to say. There were no games, just a better price on a Journey that had more options. We met Jorden two days later, and drove home in a new car a few hours later! I would definately recommend these guys! More
