Hi Debbie, We have spent some time looking into your concerns to figure out exactly what has happened here. The vehicle identification number (VIN) of the vehicle you supplied shows a different owner so we were unable to contact you directly. I want you to know that we work hard to make sure our customers are happy and would like to work to prevent something like this happening in the future. The screws that you inquired about could be numerous different types and we need to see the vehicle so we can be sure we supply the correct ones. On Sundays the parts department is closed at 4pm. As it was after 5pm when you arrived, the suggestion to go to one of our competitors was only for your convenience. We understand that you had to drive out from New Westminster in order to do business with us. I apologize that your first experience with our dealership was a bad one. We thank you for your input.
