No Pressure, Easy to Work With I recently went in to the dealership just to have a look around as my old 1992 jeep was about to bite the dust. Mike Retallick saw me browsing and as I recently went in to the dealership just to have a look around as my old 1992 jeep was about to bite the dust. Mike Retallick saw me browsing and asked if he could help. I was looking at a 2 door Jeep Wrangler but it was getting late and couldn't stay late. Mike offered for me to take it home so I could see if it would be a fit. I explained that I live in North Van and didn't want to feel pressure if I put unnecessary KM on a new vehicle. He assured me that it didn't matter but if I was going to buy a vehicle I should probably test it first. I wasn’t even in the dealership for more than an hour. The trust coupled with the confidence that they are selling a good product goes a long way. There was never any pressure to purchase. I loved the Jeep and decided that I was going to take it. Mike helped me get an extremely reasonable price for my old jeep, and helped me with every step along the way. If I was going to buy or trade a vehicle in I will be going back to this dealership to work with Mike again. More
