Transmission turmoil My '08 Ram 3500 needed transmission work. It was repaired at Maple Ridge Chrysler. After the initial repair, the problem was not fixed. I returned My '08 Ram 3500 needed transmission work. It was repaired at Maple Ridge Chrysler. After the initial repair, the problem was not fixed. I returned to the dealer ship but they could not find the issue so they sent me home. While on a camping trip in Manning Park the transmission started acting up again and the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership again and was given excellent, 5 star service from Cody Smith in the service department. We had a wedding to get to and the truck was not going to be ready in time. Cody worked very hard to help us find a way to get to the event while our truck was being diagnosed and repaired again. I very much appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to continue our vacation. We have returned from our holiday and picked up my truck in excellent condition. Thanks Cody for all your help you saved the day. More
