I am all over the board from sports car to 4x4 Crew Cab and never once did she make me feel like I was wasting time, she was always pleasant. Corrie was working with another couple when I came in and she introduced me to Darryl. Darryl is an awesome nice guy and set me and my partner up with a few test drives, no pressure, he stepped away a few times to give me a chance to talk to my partner about the options. I have no doubt I am not the only one who wants more for less, I had my heart set on a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi HUGE CREW-CAB a monster of a truck (from my standards) with less then 17k kms, it was on sale and I had found a coupon (Yah not kidding a coupon for a truck) online which brought it down another 1000 even off its sale price. But still I didn't believe they would be able to hook me up within my payment restrictions, Darryl never laughed when I told him where I needed the payment to be if I was going to buy this beautiful truck. That's when he brought in the big guns and money miracle worker Mike C. Not only did he get within my payment criteria but he was able to throwing in important extras and a present. I spent the last year looking for a good truck that were half as nice as this one, but had come to terms with the fact that I couldn't get what I wanted and would have to settle for a smart car. lol I wasn't expecting that truck for a price I could afford. The people here are good people, the old fashion kind of good and I am the old fashion kind of happy, like OMG that's a nice truck and I am sooo not worthy (but I will strive to be). I don't think I have ever felt good after purchasing a car, it has been several days now and I am even happier. They really have some great deals at this dealership. Simply the best in the west I am from B.C.'s interior and was shopping on line for a newer Jeep product. Had checked out most Chrysler dealers both in B.C. and Alberta for stock I am from B.C.'s interior and was shopping on line for a newer Jeep product. A couple dealers had answered my emails, but Maple Ridge Chrysler's internet sales person was very quick to reply and offered to send information on a couple vehicles that I was interested in. I can actually say that every detail was looked after as far as in stock, option, and pricing information in a very timely manner. The 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited was for my wife on her 60th birthday and when we arrived at the dealership a few salespeople wished her a happy birthday much to her surprise:) Too many details to mention that were well looked after thanks to the efforts of Corrie Robyn our sales agent. One dealership (Coquitlam) was aggressive "what's stopping you buying now" style of selling. The other (Burnaby) was very good (persistent but not aggressive) but didn't do a follow up call. Whereas Maple Ridge /Sivas was low key in terms of selling, organised an immediate test drive, listened to what we wanted, was realistic about the delivery timescale and accepted we would want to go away and think about the purchase. Sivas followed up with a call a couple of days later and after we placed the order he kept us informed about the delivery status. The price was good. Interestingly, after the sale was complete they offered us a free gift, in addition to the agreement. Designed to make the customer happy. More
