He was very patient - listens and demonstrates trust in you as a customer. No hard-selling which was a very pleasant surprise after our less than favorable experience with another dealership. The Customer focused ambiance/culture at this dealership is miles apart (way ahead) compared to the other Chrysler dealership we initially went to (located closer to Port Moody). Their focus on keeping customers happy is quite evident when you visit their place. Highly recommended! More

I had previously been to a couple other lots and was mainly ignored while walking around, with no real effort to approach or make a sale (maybe I was being judged on my younger age?) Not too long after arriving at Maple Ridge the staff listened to what I was looking for, and were eager to show me options. They worked efficiently with us to put together a deal. I was happy with the settled on price. The only thing that was a bit disappointing about the deal was not honoring the advertised deal of a set of snow tires or TV with ANY vehicle purchase. They stated the deal on the vehicle was too good, and they'd lose money offering me tires/TV. Many thanks to Jamie, I'm loving my new Cherokee! More

Great service great staff Our salesperson Tom was great! He didn't try to lead us to a vehicle simply showed us what we wanted and got us the price we wanted. At the time of the test drive he was most concerned with my wife and young children's comfort at the dealership. The kids loved the play area and keep asking to go back to the 'car store'. The entire staff was easy going and made everything at stress free, offering balloons and hot dogs while we we did the paperwork.The service tech's after we're great, giving us a new vehicle to drive while our car was getting service.
