Negotiated an excellent price and after the dealership inspection, they put new tires and brakes on it for us at no charge to us. They were probably losing money on it already and then gave us a new printer on top of it lol. As long as Chrysler keeps making decent vehicles, we will definitely go back for our next vehicle. Installation of a "Bull Bar" I have just had a "Bull Bar" installed on my 2014 RAM 1500 Sport. This was a special order item that was obtained for me by Rob Kidson ,Parts Advisor, I have just had a "Bull Bar" installed on my 2014 RAM 1500 Sport. This was a special order item that was obtained for me by Rob Kidson ,Parts Advisor,and the service aspect to install this was handled by John Molley. The installing technician was #19281 (sorry, I don't have the name). I continue to be impressed by the quality of service provided by all your personnel,including Judi in the payment end of the proceedure. As I just turned 80 years old yesterday, I also appreciate the washing and vacuuming of my vehicle! I wonder if you have ever considered having an expanded washing facility where one can pay a reasonable amount to have an "on demand" wash.I have not been able to find a facility in Maple Ridge that is up to the wash quality of your shop.Just an idea,but it may be a money maker for you. I came in looking to upgrade my 08 ram to something newer. I had some hurdles as my credit is not the best. Paulo was thorough and did everything he could to make sure I would leave happy...and I did. Happy is an understatement! he made sure that I was taken care of the whole way through from start to finish even though it took almost a week with the banks but he was very patient and understanding and made sure I was treated well. Other dealerships I went to were very pushy and disrespectful. I have NO bad things to say about my experience with Paulo at maple ridge. I will def be back next time im in the market for a vehicle, the customer service I received was outstanding and I will not go anywhere else! More
