Bought a new Ram 1500, one week after the truck start to show various electronic problems. Took it to the dealer, they say they have ordered a part to fix the problems, but they don't tell what part, they d show various electronic problems. Starting with the good, lots of selection as its a huge dealership, free gift when buying a qualifying vehicle, friendly staff. The not so good, so many additional warranties, treatments and insurance products, its overwhelming. Up sold a $6500 extended warranty with no documentation about it, didn't see it until the day after, only 1 small mention in the finance agreement, now playing phone tag to cancel it. I believe the lack of response is to go passed the 30 cancellation period for the coverage. The time to get in and out, with a prearranged appointment for the vehicle we bought was 3 hours. I think that is too long. More

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Ive purchased over 50 cars through time. It was a classic bait and switch. We had an agreement on my trade, they wasted my time at the dealership, they insisted on driving my car that had 2500 klms. I was trading in a Tesla model S plaid. They suddenly dropped my trade value 12k. (It was spotless and 100% as described) Do not support these people they don’t care about commitment or customer satisfaction. I had an agreement as the dealership experience doesn’t thrill me, I did it all online. Stay Away! If I could rate zero I would. You will regret doing business here. They deserve zero support More
We moved to Maple Ridge a year ago and we decided to give this dealership a try, to get my Grand Cherokee serviced. Service experience wasn't great as one of the tires needed a top up for air, which I catego this dealership a try, to get my Grand Cherokee serviced. Service experience wasn't great as one of the tires needed a top up for air, which I categorically told the service person, however when the vehicle was handed over to me, it wasn't topped up despite tire rotation. That made me question, what else they didn't do, for which they charged me anyway. A few months later, I started getting harrassed by calls from them to get my vehicle serviced ASAP and I kept declining for personal reasons as I wanted to get it serviced elsewhere. The tone with each call started getting more aggressive. But after a few blunt "No"s, they stopped calling. Then started another set of calls, to sell my vehicle. Not only calls, but texts too. I had been telling them to stop harrassing me as I don't want to sell my vehicle for a good 4-5 month period and they finally stopped. Agents call me from MRC, asking if I speak specific languages and such stupid sales techniques which are borderline unethical and have made me lose respect for this business establishment. I would not go to MRC, unless it's an exigency. I have had great experiences with Richmond Chrysler past couple of years. A bit far away but worth the drive.. More
Ever since I've been dealing with Brenda in service, I have been so happy with coming to MRC. She's super attentive, friendly, and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are taken care of.
