I explained to JP that I am in the market for a car with safety features to keep my family safe. He explained how all the new 2016 Mazdas are equipped with safety features; from blind spot monitoring detection, lane departure and rear cross traffic alert etc. JP directed me to the Mazda CX-5. I was excited for my new borns first drive to visit the doctor. With this new car, most of my nerves went away. I was very impressed with the style of the car and the safety features, I looked at him and said " I want this one" He than smiled and said "well before you make any decisions how about I show you how all the safety features work in real life-real time". I was sold on the car, but JP made sure it met my needs beyond what I was told. He took us on test drives and demonstrated all the features in the car. When me and my wife went to the dealer ship to pick up our car JP had a beautiful bow tie on the hood of the vehicle, he remembered I told him the car was for my family and it really added a nice touch, my wife looked at me like the bow was my idea. And she was beyond happy. Thanks JP! From a young adult to another, JP made this experience a breeze. Especially for my first car, I had no idea what I was doing.
