It's not every day one buys a brand new car, so the experience can be a bit daunting, yet there was such a comfort and ease about this last purchase we made. What a relief! It's nice to deal with a group of individuals who are approachable, fair, friendly AND knowledgeable. Knowing they could not possibly be as excited as I was, they presented as if we were the dealerships first ever sale and not just another customer! Bill Zabonas, Financial/Business Manager was very friendly, kind and informative and never made us feel rushed in any way. Roger Hung, sales rep, was most informative when explaining all the exciting features of our new CX-5 GT and also always had a smile, asking repeatedly if we had any questions or concerns. He was so enthusiastic for us, and again I never felt rushed in any way. All 3 of these gentlemen made the entire process effortless. It's so reassuring to have a team of individuals repeatedly reassure you that if you have any questions or concerns, that they and their service team are available to discuss with you and to help, should we encounter any issues ( even well after the sale was made and we'd placed the deposit ), a trait lacking nowadays from many sales people. Again, we are most grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these gentlemen with your next purchase of a Mazda. They made us feel like we were the only ones they were dealing with and that was a nice feeling. Again, purchasing a new vehicle is not usually an easy task and they made it pleasant and trouble free....making my hubby and I happy customers. Also, I am loving my new SUV!! More
