Transparent and easy to deal with. I recently picked up my new Civic at Maple Honda and was extremely happy with the way Frank helped me make the purchase. He walked me through all the models and was patient with me making my decision. He answered all my questions and made sure that i knew what was going on the whole time. He went over the lease and finance options with me and explained to me how leasing worked since I've never leased before.
