Remarkable Buying Experience with Ray I was looking to a 7 seater vehicle for my family and few vehicles in my mind and a lot of confusion. When I walked into the Maple Honda dealership I was looking to a 7 seater vehicle for my family and few vehicles in my mind and a lot of confusion. When I walked into the Maple Honda dealership , I had seen a few other vehicles already and talked to sales guys. Ray was completely different from rest of guys I talked to you. He guided me of what market as a whole has to offer in my price range in general as well as what Honda Pilot. He gave me a deal and asked me continue checking and driving other SUVs the market and if I am comfortable with price vs my need for of any other vehicle , feel free to go for it. After I can back with all my research , being convinced about Pilot , he did to treat me as i expected ( i expected that since i have come back 2nd time he would not be interested in any more talk and make me sign it). But he still spend another 2 hours with me patiently answering all my question and adjusting the to offer to suit my budget and needs. I never expected that. Hats off to Ray. I was very happy and satisfied driving a SUV for my family from Maple Honda. Would be happy to refer any one to Maple Honda and Ray More

Staff Incompetence My step-daughter dropped her car off for maintenance and to have her tires changed for the season. Maple Honda pre-charged her for a portion however My step-daughter dropped her car off for maintenance and to have her tires changed for the season. Maple Honda pre-charged her for a portion however a balance owing remained for payment at time of pick-up. She asked I pick-up her car and pay the balance owing. When I arrived at the service counter two young females were engrossed on their phones and it took a bit before they noticed I was there expecting service. I gave them my step-daughter's name, I was handed a set of keys and asked to pay $1414.38. I paid this amount in full by MasterCard. When I asked where her car was parked one of the females waved her arms and said 'out there somewhere'. After about 10 minutes of searching I found her car however the keys I was given wouldn't work. I went back inside - they had handed me the keys to someone else's car and had applied my credit card payment to the wrong invoice!!!! It took the next 40 minutes for them to determine what they could possibly do to correct the error and subsequently called MasterCard to 'void' the payment. That was 5 days ago and I still don't have my money back!!!! In the meantime they're chasing my step-daughter for the true outstanding balance on her vehicle...of course she's refusing to pay until I get my $ refunded. I have three serious issues with this dealership: (1) the incompetence of staff charged with handling client invoices and payment processing (2) the issue of being handed the keys to the wrong car. If I were not an honest person I could have driven off in a virtually brand new car. I wonder how the dealership's insurance company would handle that claim not to mention the owner of the car when they found it was missing. (3) the lack of accountability by the Accounting Manager to quickly and efficiently handle this situation to a client's satisfaction. There should have been immediate action taken on Monday to refund the $ in full. Instead I was told it wasn't the dealership's fault but that full fault lay with the credit card payment processing firm as they were hanging onto the $. I wonder how she'd react if it was her $ my company was hanging onto. This dealership is off our list as far as doing any future business! More

Outstanding Patience Initially I visited Honda because I was not happy with my previous car. Mehta sat down with me and gave me all my options for obtaining a new car. This process took a very long time but he was very patient with me. In the ending, I walked away without purchasing a new vehicle. I am so use to being pressured into a sale and Mehta did the complete opposite. He provided me with his contact information and I left. 3 weeks later, I returned with all research done. And I had a complete different idea for what I was looking for. Mehta remembered me and immediately worked with my ideas. On that day, I purchased a new car. There was absolutely no pressure. He didn't even call my number repeatedly for a potential sale. He remained patient and advised me consistently along the way. No one likes to be hassled or pressured into a sale. Making a big purchase takes a lot of time and care which Mehta had given. In the end, I am completely satisfied with my choice and couldn't have done it without the kind and caring attitude of Rohit Mehta. He serves your company well and catered to all of my needs. More
