It is mainly because of Ray and Tom that as soon as my dad walked into Maple Honda, within a few minutes of talking to them, he was already convinced to purchase a car from there. They were both very helpful. It’s difficult to find a car that fits all your needs, but Ray and Tom helped answer all our questions and compared the different models, so it was easier to choose the car. Ray and Tom definitely are amazing sales people, as well as genuinely nice and honest people who really care about their customers. Instead of being pushy, Ray advised my dad, just as if he was purchasing a car for his own children. They offered us the best deal they possibly could and ensured the best service. He not pushy at all which makes for a fantastic experience because usually as soon as you acknowledge a car salesman they're already waving a contract in your face; and you can't hear yourself think while you're being pressured to make a decision. Paul is absolutely the most helpful car salesman I've dealt with he's knowledgeable, patient, and rather than pressure you to decide he helps you decide. I've never really gotten an honest vibe from a car salesman so this would be a first when I say that Paul seems genuinely honest. More

Amazing experience at Maple Honda! I was vehicle shopping for a used Honda CRV for my mother. After we went to multiple Honda dealerships in and around the Stoney Creek area where we li I was vehicle shopping for a used Honda CRV for my mother. After we went to multiple Honda dealerships in and around the Stoney Creek area where we live. Unfortunately quite a few dealerships are not as accommodating, polite or have the attention to detail that Maple Honda does. Raffaele Staffiere (Our Salesman) understood the process of buying a new or used vehicle is daunting and does everything he can to take all the stress out of the situation! After finding one at Maple Honda online and speaking with Raffaele on the phone, we decided to make the trip to Maple....What a great decision! A to Z this dealership experience was awesome! Keep in mind this was NOT a new vehicle, but Raffaele made the experience just the same as if we were spending $50,000+. Something that stood out to me being a car enthusiast, I looked around the vehicle multiple times before purchasing it. During the tech inspection (before picking up the vehicle) they noticed that the rear antenna was slightly cracked and replaced the whole assembly. Just goes to show from the salesman to tech department this place is a class act. We would have never noticed that, but they took it upon themselves to yet again go over and beyond with full transparency. When we took delivery of the vehicle, Raffaele also spent time with my mother to hook up her phone via Bluetooth. He also double checked she clearly understood everything inside and out about the vehicle. Complimentary new wiper blades all around and a full tank of gas before the ride home, with the vehicle fully detailed waiting in the shade. Cosimo Marando the pre owned sales manager also went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend Maple Honda and specifically dealing with Raffaele. In the future when we are ready for a new vehicle I will definitely return to see him. Also I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends without blinking.
