Prompt, professional service, nice waiting room with washrooms and beverages offered. Unfortunately the usual shuttle driver was unavailable, so we waited quite some time, 3/4 of an hour to get shuttled washrooms and beverages offered. An oil change technician was seconded to drive, so that put their oil changes behind. Pick up after car was done was also an hour wait due to the EV needing charging, a driver unfamiliar with the city, etc. Suggest having a spare driver on the casual roster and use a gas vehicle in this climate!! EVs are for California ! Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant, obliging and apologetic though! More
