Well, I called today to book an oil change. We live out of town at the lake and it is about a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive round trip. The lady I spoke with said sure come on in. I then asked how busy they were and since I have a 3 hour round trip I wanted to make sure I could get in, She advised they do not book appointments on Saturday and she had no idea how busy they were and could not transfer me to ask how busy they were as there are no service people on today, just technicians. Now, Mann Motors has phoned me at least twice plus texted me because it is time for an oil change. It appears there is not a willingness to accommodate a customer with a timeline. I am not going to drive all the way there to be told I cannot get in because the receptionist does not want to take the time to find out how busy the shop is. Very poor service and oil changes should be by appointment. Very inconvenient for the customer to have to hurry up and then wait. I am going to call another oil change place to get it done asap as we are planning a road trip out east. This service experience today is not even a 1. The receptionist was courteous but not helpful at all. In a pinch in the past when we had an issue with the engine light they were great, snuck us in and got us back on the road very quickly. So, I guess you have to be right there to get good service aka a 4or 5 More

Horrible service. Booked our vehicle in and dropped it off at the scheduled appointment time. Then when corrected that they still had our vehicle from yesterday they said to disregard this call. The person who called us had a completely horrible condescending attitude. It is now 2 full days and nights they have had our vehicle and no work has been done on it. I do not recommend !!! More

Inquired about a vehicle was approved by the bank Kevin and his sales manager Tyler could only provide a monthly pay that worked out to $15000 above the msrp of the vehicle. I asked to see a copy of the fi and his sales manager Tyler could only provide a monthly pay that worked out to $15000 above the msrp of the vehicle. I asked to see a copy of the financial details and was gave the run around and would not provide a copy or answer the question. I contacted another dealership for a second opinion and they said that are over charging you by $5000. Stay far away from this place can't imagine how many people have been over charged here. More

took my truck here 2 years ago,got it back after being worked on with a broken door handle,broken oil dip stick tube,scratched and dented grill,a headlight that has leaked ever since they worked on it,lef worked on with a broken door handle,broken oil dip stick tube,scratched and dented grill,a headlight that has leaked ever since they worked on it,left a bottle of power steering fluid under the hood uncaped that leaked all over and made a mess which eventually wrecked my fog light even scratched up my tail lights.Went in to fix a oil pan leak ,came out wrecked.if anything happens to your vehicle they lie and say it didnt happen here.-0 rating worst service ever thanks alot Tim green when ya go there an talk to them they lie to you an threaten you. you have the nerves an send me a email asking me if im gonna come back to you,i cant see that ever happening.!!!!!!!!!!you guys suck ! Service department is the absolute worst I’ve ever had to deal with!!!! NO communication. No information about what is happening with your vehicle. Wait weeks for parts. I have had yet another terrible experience and my last one with mann.. Below minus 40 wind chill - 50 my check engine light came on I'm from 45 km's away so I get my car to mann to put on code reader so one with mann..
