They always found the answers I needed, with an honest approach and with a fair market price for my trade in, I really felt like we both walked away with a great deal. I will be buying from there for years to come. He delivered everything that was promised at a very reasonable price. He was just extremely pleasant, honest, and reasonable throughout the entire experience. Brand new Fusion Neil (a new sales Rep.) called me out of the blue and offered me a brand new Fusion at employee pricing with trade in options. I had previously had a Neil (a new sales Rep.) called me out of the blue and offered me a brand new Fusion at employee pricing with trade in options. I had previously had a very bad experience with Maclin when I had purchased my 2010 Fusion and I swore I would never go back. After expressing my concern to Neil, he told me that they have an all new management team and staff and they desperately wanted to change my opinion of them. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle however my 2010 Fusion needed a bunch of work done, so Neil talked me in to coming for a test drive and even let me drive home and back to test it out. The trade of my old car and signing for the new car was seamless. I was able to pick up my new car within days. They were also able to give me cash back for an old car I had been sitting on. They picked it up and had the chq waiting for me. Neil and Aaron(GM) were great to deal with and I am happy to say that Maclin Ford is now back in my good books and I can recommend them to others. More
